Poor, poor Kourt.
The source says of Disick:
Are you ready for the ultimate '90s rap throwback???
The wait for the upcoming N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton is over because the flick is set to be released in theaters this August! And if that's not enough, this month Ice Cube is reuniting MOST of the surviving members of the iconic rap group to perform for the first time in 15 years!
The rapper slash actor is excited to get the group back together for a one night show, which is part of the four-day BET Experience festival.
The 45-year-old was confident the band was "gonna rock that sh*t, no problem," but not ALL of the surviving members may be present for the performance!
When asked if former group member Dr. Dre would make an appearance, the Friday star said:
Things just do not get better for Suge Knight.
Not only is the 50-year-old facing murder as well as attempted murder charges, he's also being sued by Terry Carter's family for running him over that fateful night.
Terry's wife and children filed the lawsuit and are claiming both producers of Straight Outta Compton hired known gang members to protect the set and shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods.
The case is also claiming some of the gang members started the drama and threatened the rapper, which lead to his decision to drive through the parking lot recklessly and eventually running over Carter.
Carter's family is also suing the location where it happened. They're claiming Tam's Burgers often experience violent crimes in their parking lot so they should've had security to prevent things from happening.
Terry's family is seeking unspecified damages in their lawsuit.

Nicki Minaj is expanding her acting resume!
It's been reported that the Anaconda singer will be joining the cast of the upcoming film Barbershop 3 as the sassy character Draya, a new member of the barbershop crew!
This isn't the rapper's first stint in a big Hollywood movie. The 32-year-old starred in 2014's The Other Woman as Lydia, the assistant to Cameron Diaz's character.
She also lent her voice to 2012's Ice Age: Continental Drift!
The third installment of the Barbershop franchise will star Ice Cube and Anthony Anderson, reprising their roles from the first two films. The rest of the cast includes Eve, Regina Hall, Queen Latifah and Common!
Are U excited for Nicki to join this all-star cast?
Ice Cube's pride over the "Bye, Felicia" craze might actually be perfect.
Thursday night, the rapper appeared on Conan and discussed Friday's return to limited cinemas for the 20-year-anniversary of the film being shown on April 20. The interview left us with tons of nostalgia for the 1995 classic film when Ice Cube brought up the quote that has swept the nation.
The film's writer and actor bragged:
"I mean 'Bye, Felicia,' right now, that is the phrase to get anybody out [of] your face that's saying something stupid. It's got this craze."
And he is right! We wouldn't be caught dead saying the phrase to Cube himself. Talk about intimidating.
He encouraged all fans to come out to the screenings and to yell out lines alongside the film. AH-Mazing! This cult classic has certainly taken on a life of its own.
Don't miss your chance to see Friday in select theaters on 4/20…which is a Monday FYI.
Remember Friday? Your favorite movie ever?? It's coming back for ONE NIGHT ONLY!!
The classic movie Friday came out 20 years ago, in 1995, which is nuts. We can't believe Friday is that old already!
In honor of this incredible film's anniversary, they're re-releasing it in almost 400 theaters on April 20th!!
Yup, Friday is heading back to theaters on 4/20! LOLz!
Ice Cube, the film's star and writer, said:
The first trailer for the anticipated NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton is here!
And just in case you were wondering if this was one of those unauthorized biopics where the artists don't really approve?
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to see Cube and Dre today — before stepping back in time nearly 30 years to when it all began!
Parental Advisory though! This red band trailer is way NSFW!
Is the cast and crew of 22 Jump Street ready to laugh again?
He’s since apologized and explained why he made such a horrible mistake.
But as awful as his comment was, Jonah's director Phil Lord is standing by him and defending the two-time Oscar nominee!
Phil was asked about the incident while walking the red carpet of the sequel’s premiere last night. He said:
"We're just trying to move past those comments. It was obviously disappointing, but the Jonah we know is different than that.”
Mr. Hill’s co-star Ice Cube also offered up his opinion about the mess Jonah made, saying:
"Jonah's a good guy. I think his apology is very sincere, and all the guy can do is apologize for saying something stupid.”
Both Jonah and his partner in crime fighting Channing Tatum were on hand to greet and take selfies with their fans.
Either NYC takes their gay slurs WAY serious these days or the studio sent two cops to pose in pics with the stars on the red carpet.
We think it must be the latter…
Ch-ch-check out ALL of the pics from the 22 Jump Street premiere (below)!
