Apparently, a Canadian drug called Synacthen Depot is used to treat infants who suffer from epileptic spasms — aka West syndrome — but starting Monday morning, the already-expensive $33 medicine will now cost about $700 for a single vile.
Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children neurologist Dr. Carter Snead has spoken out about how the controversial business move could affect sick kids, saying:
A three-year-old girl was left devastated after her letter to Santa Claus was returned by Ireland's national postal service.
But when her father Alan Campbell, a Dublin publican, complained about the returned letter online — they promptly offered to make amends!
The postal service claims they replied to 140,000 letters that were marked to Santa Claus, and they have no idea why this letter was returned to this girl with a sticker that read "insufficient address," but they offered to send a "very special letter" to the little girl to make it up to her.
Honey Boo Boo's Mama June may finally be owning up to the fact that she's been spending A LOT of time with the man who was sent to prison for molesting her then-8-year-old daughter Anna, but we still can't really forgive the mother despite the fact that at least she's admitting she's let her child molester boyfriend Mark McDaniel back into her life.
For the life of us we can not understand what this woman is thinking these days!
