In a gut cringing, but heart-touching move much like Puerto Rican mayor Jorge Santini, Jack Osbourne tweeted his Christmas photo with fianceé Lisa Stelly.

The outspoken and Twitter afficionado posted the couple of Jack trying to swallow Lisa's face. Lisa looks to the camera, unexpectingly and lovingly.

But the model/actress is probably used to her business being out in public.

Jack also tweeted

Congratulations, Jack! This one seems MUCH nicer than your last girlfriend!

We are very pleased to announce that a rep has officially confirmed the great news: Jack Osbourne is getting married!

Of course you do!

Well you're in luck, because the Osbournes are putting their Malibu home up for sale! For the low, low price of $10 Million dollars, the 4,500 square-foot, five bedroom, five bathroom ocean view home can be all yours and you can go ahead and hang up that Black Sabbath poster anywhere you want!

And it looks like someone got an iPad!

In order to celebrate Kelly's 26th birthday, Sharon, Ozzy and Jack dined at Shanghai Grill in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Then, the birthday girl managed to drive everyone home.

Jack Osbourne returned to Muncie, the town where patrolled the streets in 2007's Armed & Famous, on Sunday. This is his fourth time coming back to serve as a reserve police officer since the show ended, but he doesn't like to publicize it.

“He doesn’t make a big to-do about it,” said Muncie Police Sgt. Jay Turner. “He just wants to be an everyday cop.”

He also came to check on his gift. Jack and his father Ozzy donated $9,000 to the Muncie Police Department in order to buy Sgt. Turner a new police dog after his last one retired. The dog is rightfully named Ozzy.

So sweet.

In Touch is reporting about Kelly and Jack Osbourne drinking together, thus falling off the wagon - and Kelly is pissed!

She took to her Twitter to set the record straight.

Miz Osbourne Tweeted:

"Thanx in touch for your bullshit story looks like I will be taking all my friends on Holliday courtesy of you! You are really pathetic!

According to in touch I have "fallen off the wagon" I just want to let my fans know it's compleat bs! Thank you 4 your support I love you!

I also love that originally the story was that jack and I were drinking together they really are scraping the barrel!"

Ha. Just focus on your burgeoning film career, bb. This shiz will go away.

In other words, she did it, but she won't outright say that she did it. Coward!

Last June, Jack Osbourne's on/off girlfriend, Niki Cloyd, picked up some of her loose screws and keyed Jack's Aston Martin, carving the word "Dick" clear as day onto his door.

Now, she is paying for the that crime to the sound of $10,000 after pleading no contest to one misdemeanor count of vandalism. That money will cover the damage done to the car, but what of her crayzay brain?

The judge also ordered Niki to be placed under 18 months probation and will have to complete 12 anger management classes.

Now we're talking! Find ways to express yourself without chipping the thousand dollar paint job on a car worth quarter of a million dollars. Just saying!

In Touch magazine better hope that this news helps them sell A LOT of copies of their magazine, because the Osbournes’ lawyers are coming!

Sharon Osbourne has threatened legal action against the magazine for an article to be featured in the August 25 issue, which allegedly hurts the credibility of her children, Jack and Kelly.

Here’s what Sharon had to say about it via Twitter:

“In Touch Magazine is printing an untrue story about Kelly & Jack which affects their credibility and dignity. See you in court!"

Kelly had more to say about it via her Twitter as well:

“(I'm) in shock that In Touch is printing a untrue story about (Jack) and I. Can't believe it, we have both worked too hard on ourselves for this b.s. (bulls**t)"

And here’s what Jack had to say on the matter:

"So Intouch magazine is writing a bulls**t story about me and (Kelly). They'd better get their check (sic) books ready, cause I'm goin to town!"

Looks like you’ve got yourselves into some trouble, In Touch. On the other hand, looks like you’ll have A LOT of people who will be really curious to read this article!
