As we showed y'all earlier this week, Jaime PeePee Pressly was spotted outside West Hollywood gay bar The Abbey on Sunday, drunk and urinating on the sidewalk!

We have CONFIRMED this news with several people that work at The Abbey, who do not want to go on the record with their names for fear of losing their jobs.

PeePee Pressly then took to her Twitter account to spin explain what she says really happened. And according to Pressly, it was just a "dare" and she was only pouring water from a water bottle behind her.

Right.

But the My Name Is Earl star was just spotted by the paps yesterday in Los Angeles and they started to question her about the urinating situation.

To which she finally tells the paps (watch above), "It really was a bridal shower. And it really was dare number 8. It really was a bottle of water."

Spin, spin, spin!

Though when the paps catch her again as she's heading to her car, she refuses to answer any more questions.

The peepee queen, Jaime Pressly, has responded to allegations photos, video, and eyewitness accounts that she popped a squat in broad daylight outside of the super popular gay bar, The Abbey, in West Hollywood on Sunday and urinated on the sidewalk whilst incredibly intoxicated.

The white trash actress took to her her Twitter to lie deny the allegations.

She says:

"yes…that is me doing dare #8 at my bridal shower…Things are not always as what they seem…Notice my hand in the back…it's pouring a bottle of water!!!  C'mon guys!  Do you think i would really pee in the entry way to the Abbey in broad DAYLIGHT!!!

Way to spin a story!! Breaking news huh? wow!!!!"

Honey, there are pics!  And video with horrified gays gasping in the background!!  And TONS of eyewitnesses who emailed us!! 

In fact, sources very close to Jaime have confirmed that she is a very heavy drinker and this does not surprise them.

Just own up to it!  We've all been there!

Well, actually, most of us haven't pissed in plain sight in front of one the most bustling bars in the city, but hey - at least you're in the press!

We got several emails from Perezcious readers with news so shocking - and disgusting! - that we couldn't believe it.

Well, it definitely happened. We got it confirmed from sources at the bar.

And, now, we have evidence!!!!!!

Multiple sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that wacktress Jaime Pressly got soooo drunk at West Hollywood gay bar The Abbey on Sunday, that she ended up slumping down outside the establishment, popping a squat and urinating on the sidewalk. In broad daylight!!!!!

Ewwwwww!!!

She couldn't wait to go to the bathroom????

Dozens of stunned gays witnessed the disgusting event unfold, and in the video above, you can hear them gasp and squeal as they watch Pressly pee pee publicly.

Jaime played a white trash character on My Name Is Earl. Guess she's white trash in real life too!

Her baby son will be real proud of mom when he's old enough to read!

Jaime Pressly and her entertainment lawyer boyfriend, Simran Singh, are planning to tie the knot!

This is engagement #2 for the My Name Is Earl star, who split from former fiance Eric Calvo (aka DJ Eric Cubiche) last November.

Pressly was reportedly showing off her giant rock at Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger's birthday last month at Jane's House in Hollywood, where spies say that "girlfriends were coming up to her and they were congratulating her on the engagement."

And so will we!

Congrats!

Now get divorced in 3 months and marry somebody that matters - aka a celeb - next year!

90's-teen-TV staple Melissa Joan Hart is lookin' damn good on the cover of this week's People!

The Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch star attributes her major post-birth weight loss to the "enormous pressures" put on starlets in Hollywood to be thin.

After unflattering pics of Melissa hit the web, she finally had the motivation she needed to shed those extra pounds left from the birth of her second child, Braydon.

"I realized I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids," Hart shared with the mag. She turned to pal Jaime Pressly for motivation and managed to drop astonishing 42 lbs in 14 months with a healthy diet and regimented exercise.

After 4 seasons, NBC has cancelled Thursday night comedy My Name Is Earl.

The show has garned 5 Emmys during its run, including Outstanding Supporting Actress for Jaime Pressley along with Outstanding Writing and Directing for a Comedy Series.

Good news for fans of the show! The studio, 20th TV, is talking to Fox and ABC about potentially picking up the series.

Another Hollywood couple splits.

My Name is Earl actress Jaime Pressly has just split with her long-term boyfriend, DJ (and fellow Cubano) Eric Cubiche, Us Weekly reports in their new issue.

The two have been dating for several years and have even been engaged for two.

They also have an adorable 18 month-old son together, Dezi James.

The happy family was spotted this summer spending quality time together, but that seems like a thing from the past now.

A source tells Us, "They hit a rough patch and decided to take a break."

But the source adds, "They still love each other, and Dezi is their world, but they feel this is best right now. Eric moved out three weeks ago,"

Sad.

Let's hope at least for the sake of their son, they can keep it friendly.
