Well, we guess we're going to see how this one goes!

Jaime Pressly was arrested for driving drunk when she was pulled over in Santa Monica earlier in the month, and despite her BAC level being nearly three times the legal limit at .22, she reportedly pled "not guilty" to the charges this morning in an El Lay courtroom!

We have a feeling that those breathalyzers don't lie, bb!

But only time will tell!

Rough luck, but we can't say we didn't see this coming.

As Jaime Pressly has been officially charged with a DUI from her early January arrest, execs at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas have reconsidered having her promote their nightclubs. She was slated to appear on Friday at the Rain and Moon nightclubs for promotion, but a rep for the hotel confirms that her gig has been canceled.

Whomp, whomp. Can you blame them, though? It won't do them any favors having a convicted drunk driver usher people into their nightclub. Might as well put a neon sign that says, "Come on in! We'll get your liquored up and behind the wheel in no time!"

Hopefully this helps Jaime realize the severity of her actions. Make sure to get some help, bb! That's very important.

Goodness, 2011 has NOT started out well for her!

After receiving reports earlier in the week that Jaime Pressly and her husband of just over a year, Simran Singh, already split, it's now been confirmed that the two have filed for divorce.

According to court documents filed in El Lay on January 21st, the actress cited irreconcilable differences, and is asking that her surname be restored to 'Pressly.'

So unfortunate, especially given her recent DUI and trouble with the IRS.

Hopefully things will turn around soon - it's only a matter of time before they do.

Things actually did get worse for Jaime Pressley.

First it was the DUI and then reports that she owes more than half a million dollars in Federal and state taxes.

And now sources are saying that she and her husband Simran Singh have split. The source adds, "It was very mutual and she's very sad."

Here's hoping things will start to look up for Jaime. Chin up, bb.

It's been a rough month for Jaime Pressly.

Earlier this month she was arrested on a DUI charge and now things have gone from bad to worse.

Sources say that the star owes $637,000 in Federal and state taxes.

Yowsa!!

According to public records, the IRS filed a $260,370 tax lien against her on December 6, which was added to another $281,699 lien that was filed against her on September 8. And that's ON TOP of a $95,080 lien filed by the State of California.

Tsk tsk! We'd feel bad for you honey, but you need to pay up!
