Well that’s one way to avoid the awkward breakup conversation.

And it looks like it worked this time as Jason Trawick went to Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, first to discuss ending their engagement.

Considering Jamie is one of her co-conservators, maybe everything has to go through him??

Or maybe Jason is too chicken it’s just too hard to talk to Britney about something so serious.

That seems to be Jason's defense as he wasn’t sure how to break such serious news to the pop star, so he called Daddy Spears in for backup. A source revealed:

A judge has ordered Sam Lutfi's ENTIRE lawsuit against the Britney Spears and the Spears family be dismissed!

Apparently Britney's notorious ex-manager/BFF-turned-stalker's claims that she, Jamie and Lynne Spears committed libel, breach of contract and violently attacked him were real as his chances of becoming Joe Manganiello's body double. (Not even kinda real.)

El Lay Superior Court Judge Suzanne Brugera announced her decision today, telling the courtroom:

Sam Lufti recently took the stand in his libel and battery lawsuits against Lynne and Jamie Spears to assert that despite Britney Spears' increasingly erratic behavior during his time with the pop star - which ultimately led to her 2008 breakdown and subsequent conservatorship - he was NOT giving her drugs!

And now, as the case continued yesterday, he's claiming that the behavior of Brit Brit's parents really hurt his feelings — and his chest!

According to Lufti's testimony, despite being thrown out repeatedly by security, Jamie kept showing up at his daughter's house attempting to physically assault him!

He explains:

After all of things he's said and done to her family - especially the recent meth comments - we can't say we blame them!

Although Britney Spears may be reaching the end of her conservatorship, which was put into place over four years ago by her father Jamie, apparently some of the terms of the current arrangement ensure that the pop star's internet and cell phone usage are monitored…to protect her from her former manager, Sam Lufti!

FINALLY Sam "Osama" Lufti, Britney Spears' notorious ex-manager/BFF-turned-stalker, is gonna have to pay up for all some of the damage he has caused the pop princess!

A judge just ordered Osama to pay the Spears estate $92,845 for all the attorneys fees she accrued while trying to keep him away from her!

Now Lutfi has a restraining order against him aaaaand he has to flip the bill for it! LOL!

Sammy has to pay for this on top of pricy cost of taking Brit's parents to trial for assault and defamation. The poor guy! LOL!

Could the conservatorship over Britney Spears finally be coming to an end?

Now that the pop star is once again at the top of her professional game judging X Factor, she apparently is adamant about taking charge of her personal life and finances, and could be setting up an official review as soon as July with her court-appointed lawyer and judge to make it happen!
