Jane Fonda continues to turn back time on her figure.

The actress released two workout videos at 73 years old.

One of the box covers mirrors the box cover of a video done 25 years ago.

While she has had a hip and knee replacements, Fonda continues to stay fit.

In her new releases, the videos are aimed at baby boomers.

However, in the past, Fonda struggled with anorexia and bullimia.

Fonda said the following about exercise:

It's important to exercise when you are younger but it is like the number one ingredient for successful aging. It makes a difference for all aspects of you life and your body.

'When you get older your brain shrinks but by staying physically active you can minimise the brain shrinkage and postpone Alzheimer's and things like that.

Fonda's 1982 tape remains the highest grossing fitness video.
