Interestingly, Kim isn't wearing her wedding ring in them, so it's not clear when they were taken!
She lucked out though because
Botched has reached a whole new level!
And it's all thanks to Janice Dickinson!!!
The self proclaimed "world's first supermodel" has been under the knife before, but her latest plastic surgery adventure is like nothing that we've ever seen before!
The 59-year-old lady goes to reality show mainstay Dr. Terry Dubrow to fix the "ridges" and "ripples" that cover her breasts, and also wants an upgrade since she claims the implants are about 30 years old!
But while the doc deals with his patient, he becomes exasperated by some of her actions. At one point Dr. Terry Dubrow says
All dolled up and nowhere to go, Janice Dickinson??
We kid, we kid! The 58-year-old former model was spotted walking around Beverly Hills on Friday morning, sporting a serious amount of makeup.
While she might have gone a little overboard with the contouring and smokey eyes, Janice toned it down with her ensem — a simple plaid blouse tucked into dark skinnies with an edgy belt at the waist.
Then for accents, she added a brown purse, simple black flats, and a wrist full of baubles.
All in all, it seems like Janice is healing nicely after her stem cell treatment and Rite Aid accident! And that's what really matters.

But before she goes under the knife AGAIN, plastic surgery pioneer Janice Dickinson has some pearls of wisdom to bestow upon the troubled former actress.
She may be the world's first supermodel, but that isn't enough to pay the bills!
The 58 year old says she's determined to pay everyone back, which includes the $8,000 she owes to both her dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein (yes, as in Michael Jackson's Arnold Klein) and Dr. Uzzi Reiss of the Beverly Hills Anti-Aging Center.
Guess that means the April wedding she had planned is cancelled.
Or maybe it's still on and instead of gifts she's asking her guests to write a check to the IRS.
We kid! But you gotta admit it's not a terrible idea.
