NEW COUPLE ALERT!

Michelle Williams might be chock full of post-relationship baggage these days, but the bags her ex-bf Jason Segel carried out of Whole Foods in WeHo yesterday were off a different kind all together!

They're probably filled to the brim with almond milk, organic kale chips, and lambskin condoms — because it looks to us like he's getting frisky with a fit and fabulous new blonde lady!

Yay!! Good for him!

We're glad he rebounded so quickly after that wretched split!!

And that is why the mother in How I Met Your Mother has been confirmed as the newest REGULAR addition to the cast!!!

Cristin Milioti, who was just introduced in the season 8 finale, won the title of series regular for the ninth and *tear* FINAL season of the uber-popular sitcom.

This news is especially monumental because it is the first time EVER that HIMYM has extended the regulars beyond the original stars like Josh Radnor, Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris, Cobie Smulders and Jason Segel.

Now we're absolutely positive the final season will be the best yet!

Apparently Alcoholics Anonymous isn't so anonymous after all.

Jason Segel is so heartbroken over his breakup with Michelle Williams that he has allegedly turned to the bottle.

Oh no!!!

Fortunately though, the This Is The End star has supposedly recognized his growing dependency and has started to attend the 12 step meetings.

It has been reported that at a meeting on March 2, Jason told the room of fellow alcoholics that he was sober 12 days after listening to other attendees stories for about an hour.

While we're sad to see Jason this sad, his breakup could also be responsible for saving his life if he really has alcoholic tendencies.

Michelle Williams went shopping for munchies today in Brooklyn, but the adorbzies actress seemed sadder than a Dawson's Creek devotee after the series finale!!

Is it because most salty snacks are empty-carbs designed to widen the waist line?

Maybe the Oz The Great And Powerful star continues vacationing in Sadagascar because of her recent split with friend and lover Jason Segel!

Living on opposite coasts proved too be too insurmountable a challenge for the cute couple and apparently Michelle remains broken-hearted after dumping him via text message.

One source close to the situation says:

Jason Segel no longer holds the torch for Michelle Williams' love, but at least he's got a smile on his face!

Driving around WeHo on his cute lil' Vespa, the Muppets man made West Hollywood his broad horizon on Saturday. And we're sure onlookers were just DELIGHTED!

As we previously reported, Jason and Michelle ended their year-long romance in February — blaming their fizzle on the long-distance drag.

Well, that and a source close to the couple also revealed that Michelle didn't see him as a long-term thing anymore, so womp womp!!

Guess Michelle Williams didn’t feel the same way because she knew she wouldn't be making a commitment to Jason Segel.

Poor guy, he seemed to just love her and her adorbz daughter.

Unfortunately, the actress just didn’t see him being the one as a source revealed how Michelle felt:

“She cares a great deal for Jason but is not ready to make a commitment. Maybe if they were together day-to-day, she would have more confidence in a future. But not at this time.”
