The All Day rapper claims both that Kim Kardashian West approved the song AND that it was Taylor's own idea!
He took to Twitter to share:

Of course she's happy!
She couldn't contain her excitement and gave a huge smile to onlookers, while Jay kept his cool and probably wondered if he'll ever be able to outdo his wife in any way.
Probably not, Mr. Carter! Sorry!
You know what, though? We're sure he's content to let her shine.

Are we seeing double?
During Sunday's Super Bowl event, Beyoncé totally KILLED it during her collaborative halftime performance with Coldplay. However, for a portion of the show, we couldn't help but shake the feeling that we knew Queen Bey's outfit from somewhere.
Then, it hit us! The Formation singer was totally channeling Michael Jackson for Sunday's show stopping number.
In case you forgot, Jay Z's lady's black and gold, form fitting number with amo-style embellishments on the chest is almost identical to the late King of Pop's costume from his 1993 Dangerous world tour. Faboosh!
In fact, a getup isn't the only thing that connects these two industry icons as Pepsi also sponsored both M.J.'s famous tour and the MAJOR halftime event. Hmm, very inneresting!
While both SLAYED, we need to ask…
Parlux Fragrances says their business stinks thanks to Jay Z!
The scent manufacturer is suing the music mogul, claiming the 46-year-old didn't really try to push their product like he promised.
The hitmaker had a licensing agreement with the company, in which he allowed Parlux to use his name and image for the 2013 cologne line Gold Jay Z.
But the way it's been selling — or rather, not selling — it probably should have been called Bronze Jay Z.
That's because the manufacturer is saying Beyoncé's husband was supposed to have a more active role in promoting the brand.
Apparently, the famous father declined to do promotional appearances at Macy's, in Women's Wear Daily, or on Good Morning America.
And, they claim the artist skipped out on meetings for follow-up fragrances, which is why those new products never hit store shelves.
He also supposedly passed on posting about the cologne on social media.
But we're betting Jay wishes he had taken the three seconds to craft a few 140-character tweets now, because Parlux is asking for a pretty penny!
The company says Gold Jay Z should have raked in $50 million within two years, but instead retailers are returning the fragrances!
They're suing for $18 million in damages.

Look at this awesome couple going to a musical together!
It should come as no surprise that Bey looked sharp and fabulous in a red velvet suit and that high, I Dream Of Jeannie ponytail she's been rocking lately.
Unfortunately, Jay wasn't looking quite as impressive in his black jeans and camouflage jacket, but he probably wanted his wife to get all the shine.
Of course getting all the shine isn't difficult when you're Queen B!
Still, we can't deny their outfits sort of clashed.
Jay should've worn a nicely tailored black velvet blazer or something instead.

Dayum. We wouldn't want to mess with this group!
But apparently, there's one French label that is sooooo unlucky.
According to the suit, these stars are claiming that the brand used their names, images, and lyrics on their clothing and accessories, without their authorization!
That's pretty hefty!
