Here's something to think about:
When Chuck Norris was 20 years old, Jean-Claude Van Damme was born. Meaning, when JCVD was 20, Chuck was already 40!! TWENTY YEARS APART!
So when you take into consideration that JCVD did his now famous semi-truck split (watch it HERE) for Volvo at 53 years old… well, Chuck Norris did his JET SPLIT at 73 (below)!!
Holy shizz — this is the best holiday greeting ever!
It's just too bad the Chuck Norris in the video isn't real — a Hungarian production house named Delov Digital seems to be behind this! LOLz! Still, it's worth a HIGHlarious watch (above)!!!
It’s the ad that keeps on giving!
Someone who either loves or hates the Pittsburgh Steelers, put Ben Roethlisberger’s face on the actor’s body and it’s HIGHlarious!
Please don’t let these spoofs end! They’re priceless!
P.S. CLICK HERE if you missed Channing's version!
Do you ever find yourself watching The Expendables (or Expendables 2) and wishing you looked even as remotely good as a bunch of guys twice your age??
Well you can!
First thing's first though — find better taste in movies! JK!!!!
Secondly, start hitting the gym. They didn't get there by watching The Expendables all day.
Thirdly, don’t neglect your nutrition plan. Check out some of the stars’ favorite foods to help you get started:
Looks like four years of the toughest training ever gets you more than a whole bunch of Olympic medals!
Ryan Lochte went to the premiere of The Expendables 2!
So cool that he got to hang out with so many HUGE action stars!
We bet many of them were really excited to meet the gold medalist too.
Must've been so much fun but Lochte earned it, he made his whole country proud!
Way to go, Ryan!

Jean-Claude Van Damme has a new, gigantic anti-fur poster.
It's in Brussels, Belgium and it's Van Damme, muscled and sad looking, holding a skinned mink.
The poster says:
And he was supposed to be promoting it! Yikes!
Jean-Claude Van Damme is being sued by the makers of the "Total Flex", a piece of home gym equipment which the actor was paid to endorse, after bashing it on his reality show, Behind Closed Doors.
Apparently, Van Damme showed up to film an infomercial with the company, but had no idea how to use the fitness machine.
Producers of the infomercial claim he grew frustrated that he couldn't figure out how to use it (although his wife figured it out right away…LOLz!) and REFUSED to continue filming the commercial!
His potentially costly mistake was then turning to his own reality television show's cameras and insisting he would never endorse a product he thinks is no good.
The action icon disappeared from the set, then called the producers after to officially resign from the project.
According to court documents filed on Monday in El Lay, the makers of the Total Flex are suing Van Damme for at least $25,000 for their financial losses during the fiasco!
Sounds like Jean-Claude wasn't very professional and may be gearing up to fork over some cash! If he didn't like the product, he shouldn't have agreed to endorse it!

Thank goodness Jean-Claude Van Damme’s a Jedi with super powers, otherwise he might have trouble with fights these days!
He’s been diagnosed with high-frequency hearing loss, and his doctor has ordered him to wear protective ear wear on film sets.
All of the loud gun shots and explosions from action movies over the years have finally gotten to him.
Van Damme says that while his regular hearing is going — he can hear strange sounds now:
"I shot lots of guns in movies but I'm able to hear unusual sounds, like if you slide fax paper in the living room I can hear it, like a German Shepherd."
Unfortunately, high-frequency hearing loss affects your ability to understand conversaitons.
He was told by his doctor:
"There is a difference in hearing in high frequencies between both sides (of his ears), which means if many people are talking together in a group, it's quite difficult for you to understand someone speaking. You hear, but you can't understand. That's the problem when there's a high-frequency hearing loss. What you can do is not make it worse, so use ear protection when you go out (and shoot) movies."
We hope he’s more careful with his hearing now!
