If that's what it takes for justice, we have a feeling she'll be up for it.

To recap, Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew were tragically murdered back in 2008. Awful.

Then yesterday, we heard Jennifer open up about the horrific incident, and she revealed that if she hadn't made last minute plans to fly to Florida with her fiance David Otunga, she could have been murdered along with her family.

Now, we're hearing that Jennifer may be called to testify as a witness in court against her brother-in-law William Balfour, the man accused of committing the horrendous triple murder.

The trial is set for this February,

We can't even imagine how strong she must be to have to live with not only the tragedy of losing so many so close to her, but also knowing that a split decision saved her from a similar fate.

Jennifer Hudson recently opened up about the horiffic 2008 murder of her mother, brother, and nephew, and revealed that if she hadn't decided last minute to fly to Florida with her fiance, David Otunga, for his wrestling career, she would have been home with them, and possibly deceased, too.

Global Events LLC has gone broke after MJ's tribute.

The company, who promoted October's the Michael Jackson tribute concert, Michael Forever, owes British contractors a lot of dough.

The concert took place in Cardiff, Wales and the company will file for bankruptcy due to the massive debts.

Jennifer Hudson hasn't talked much about the night when her mother and brother were brutally murdered. She only remembers experiencing the whole ordeal as a "blur" and "surreal," as most people would.

But now she's opening up to Ebony, revealing she would have been murdered too if it wasn't for her fiance, David Otunga.

He really wanted her to visit him in Florida before the murders so she left to go see him. And she explains:

Everyone heard Jennifer Hudson and boo David Otunga had broken up, but according to the Oscar-winner, that's HIGHlarious!

When asked about it, she simply laughs the rumors off, but luckily for us, doesn't just stop there!

VH1 announced that there will be more Divas added to mix for their annual performance show, VH1 Divas.

The list includes English singers Estelle and Marsha Ambrosius, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings as well as the aformentioned Khan and Badu.

Male artists will also join the foray, including Travie McCoy and Boyz II Men.

Jennifer Hudson arrived at the 2011 American Music Awards in a metallic Jenny Packham mini and a shorter 'do.

She looks fantastic! We especially like the splash of color with her bright pink lipstick. Makes everything pop!

Jennifer Hudson was one of the many celebrities invited to Tuesday night's Versace for H&M soiree in New York City.

The singer and actress showed off her slim figure in a black Versace dress that was reminiscent of the one she wore to the Grammys earlier this year.
