Clive Davis Denies Whitney Biopic Rumors

clive-davis-not-making-whitney-biopic-web.jpg

Clive Davis has put a huge halt on any Whitney Houston biopic buzz that was linked to him.

As reported earlier, Rihanna was in the lead to portray the fallen singer, edging out Jennifer Hudson, Vivica A. Fox, and Jordin Sparks.

Now, it looks like no one will get that chance.

A rep from Clive's camp squashed the movie rumors, stating that "there is no truth to this. Clive is not putting together a biopic."

Sad. We would have loved to see RiRi portray Whitney!

Jennifer Hudson Breaks Down During Grammy Rehearsal!

jennifer-hudson-breaks-down-during-whitney-houston-tribute-grammy-rehearsal.jpg

Jennifer Hudson has the tough task of singing a touching tribute to Whitney Houston at tonight's Grammy Awards show.

She will be singing Whitney's huge hit I Will Always Love You during the "In Memoriam" segment, which is sure to bring the tears in the audience.

In fact, we doubt there will be a dry eye in the house.

During today's rehearsal, Jennifer was "having a hard time" with keeping herself composed while singing the tribute to Whitney.

A Grammy crew member said that she was "crying and had to keep pausing" to collect herself, "especially on the second run-through."

It's going to be SUCH an emotional night, but we're really looking forward to see how all the artists pay tribute to the legendary Whitney tonight.
