Bad news for Jeremy Scott.
Tierney has accused Scott of copying his famous "Vandal Eyes" mural in Detroit and putting it on clothing from the Moschino A/W 2015 collection.
The dress accused of bearing Rime's art was worn by Gigi Hadid on the runway and by Katy Perry at the Met Gala in May. A blazer worn by Scott at the Met Ball also appeared to have elements of Rime's work.
In October 2015, Scott filed a declaration to strike Rime's complaint, stating that it was a graphic artist in the company's employ who selected that particular print for the clothing in question, and that Scott himself did not design it.
The motion to strike was denied, and the next court date is scheduled for May 23, 2016.
We'll keep you updated with new info as it becomes available.

Stella Maxwell continues her ascent!
The model and new Victoria's Secret Angel already walked the Moschino show on Monday, and on Tuesday she attended the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in New York alongside Jeremy himself.
Miley Cyrus' maybe girlfriend posed her heart out in a pair of patterned skinnies and a strapless fuchsia crop top featuring a dramatic floor-length train.
And she looked HOT obviously!
We don't know if Stella is still on good terms with Mileybird, but she has been spotted with Bella Hadid and Lily-Rose Depp lately.
These two are the best Moschino representatives ever!
Their irreverence and goofiness perfectly fit the brand, and this commercial couldn't have captured it any better!
They're the same clothes from her print ads!
At one point Katy's almost completely naked while multiple Jeremys do a bunch of funky moves around her!

Rita Ora is proof summer is still here!
The blonde bombshell was practically all legs as she showed up to the premiere of Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer in Hollywood on Tuesday night.
Those Moschino leather chain shorts really did the trick!
And we can only imagine the matching jacket, ruched tank top, and the label's chain-strap bag were all paired together to do Jeremy Scott proud.
Yet, does anyone else feel like this outfit is a whole lot of the same??
Rita even completed her fire engine red ensem with similarly colored Moschino sandals and a bold painted pout.
We almost wish she kept the sequined, cutout shirt she wore earlier in the day to Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Check it out in the gallery (above) and let us know what you think!

Who did this to you, Katy?!
Jeremy Scott may be one of the most high-profile designers in town, but even he can't do anything about makeup mishaps.
While we actually enjoy the pair's matching outfits, we can't get past KP's bronzer incident.
There's just so much highlight on her cheekbones and forehead, that we didn't even notice the black fabric was completely decked out in jewels until the fifth time we looked at it.
With that said, she does look very beautiful and like she's having fun!
Although, we're just really curious about which of Jeremy's rival designers broke into his closet and destroyed all of his shirts…

Jeremy Scott seems to have found himself in some hot water!
The designer and current creative director of Moschino is being sued, along with the whole label, by street artist Rime aka Joseph Tierney, for allegedly copying his artwork.
In fact, Rime filed the suit against Jeremy in reference to the celeb and cult fave label's Fall 2015 collection, but specifically a design seen on the dress Katy Perry wore to this year's Met Gala (above)!
And according to the lawsuit:
"Rime is a well-known artist. Defendants Moschino and Jeremy Scott—two household names in high fashion—inexplicably placed Rime's art on their highest-profile apparel without his knowledge or consent. Defendants paid Ms. Perry to advertise and display the clothing at the Gala. Not only did Ms. Perry and defendant Scott advertise, wear, and display the clothing at the event, they arrived at the event in a spray painted Rolls Royce, and even carried around Moschino branded cans of fake spray paint during the event, as if defendants were responsible for the artwork."
We highly doubt anyone thought they were responsible for creating the artwork on their outfits by hand, but we understand that's only a small portion of the bigger point here.
Do you think Moschino copied his design??
Ch-ch-check out Rimes' "vandal eyes" mural done in 2012 (below) and let us know if you think he'll be winning this suit!
Jeremy Scott's documentary — Directed by Vlad Yudin, produced by Yudin and Edwin Mejia of The Vladar Company and executive produced by Matt Kapp – looks awesome!
The designer talks about feeling out-of-place growing up in Kansas City and daydreaming about one day being a part of the glamorous fashion world.
It's so fascinating to see how far he's come, and we can't wait to see Jeremy Scott: The People's Designer when it hits theaters on September 18!
Even A$AP Rocky weighs in!
