No, wait, it's dead. Sorry, Herman Munster, it doesn't look like the mad science worked this time.

NBC has officially pulled the plug on Mockingbird Lane, the reboot of the classic Munsters series starring Jerry O'Connell and Eddie Izzard.

Series creator Bryan Fuller broke the news to fans. He tweeted:

We've all heard the sad sad news of the recent Taylor Swift/Connor Kennedy heartbreak. We feel her pain. The world feels her pain.

There's one person, however, who thinks this is a fab opportunity for her — and his name is Jerry O'Connell!

LOLz! It's true, while everyone sees a sad split, Jerry sees her next song. So, naturally, he's helping her write the lyrics… on the Talk!

Take a peep at the jokes (above), but remember that Taylor's a person too. Despite all the fame, she deserves to find love and be happy!

We might joke a little bit about it, but we want nothing more for her than to find the right one!

It'll all be okay, Taylor!

We wouldn't have thought of it ourselves, but Jerry O'Connell might just be a fantastic Herman Munster.

Uma is a feisty gal!!!

On the set of the upcoming musical themed TV show, Glee Smash, Uma has a go at Jerry O'Connell's jaw.

The two stars were snapped by photogs on set for the upcoming show. Uma is rumored to have a five episode arc on Smash.

With a cast that features Debra Messing, Katharine McPhee, and Anjelica Huston, the show is set for a Smash-ing debut.

Jerry O'Connell, Jonah Hill and Josh "makes-us-melt-with-his-voice" Groban are ALL going to co-host on Live! With Kelly!

What great news!!

Jerry is slated to host the day after Thanksgiving, which everyone should watch — mostly because one of the guests is Nathan Fillion!! We LOVE Nathan Fillion!

Josh Groban is landing for multiple days in December, Dec. 7-9, which should be awesome. Not only does his voice bring even the most statuesque angel to its knees, but his personality and wit are to die for!

The day before that starts, on the 6th, is when Jonah will get his chance.

Not only all of this, but starting on Nov. 28th, Neil Patrick Harris is doing a full week!

How can anyone NOT watch these??
