Now we're hearing the reality TV vet's home wasn't broken into — but instead it was an inside job!

TMZ reports the 21-year-old had people over for a party on Wednesday, when she left her house for about an hour around midnight — with her friends still there. It's said she heard an alarm warning of an opened door at some point during the evening, but she didn't think anything of it.
When the supermodel returned home after 1 a.m., law enforcement sources say that's when she found the open jewelry box and called the police.
Cops say there's no sign of forced entry, and it looks like whoever took the goods knew exactly where to find them.

Sterling Jewelers is coming under fire this week as about 250 former employees of Jared the Galleria of Jewelry and Kay Jewelers claim to have been sexually harassed by the company's leaders in return for promotion or job security.
Court documents obtained by The Washington Post suggest female employees in the late 1990s and 2000s were "routinely groped, demeaned, and urged to sexually cater to their bosses to stay employed."

It's even said the top tier leaders would have "scouting" parties to hunt down attractive employees and "boozy, no-spouses allowed" managers meetings that were described as a "sex-fest."
A former Kay employee said of the company's culture:
