We are in love with Jillian Michaels and her ADORBS little family!
Not only are they constantly together doing cute things, but they're always smiling and on the move to do something healthy!
It wasn't long ago that we saw Jillian giving a piggy-back ride to Lukensia as they headed to the farmer's market in Malibu, but now she's giving one to her OTHER cutie, Phoenix!
Life is like an amazeballz dream for her and Heidi Rhoades!
So sweet! Almost TOO sweet! Ha!

These girls look good together… and even more so when they're all sweaty and satisfied!! And, of course Jillian Michaels' idea of a romantic date is at the gym!
She and her lovely significant other, Heidi Rhoades, worked out together in Malibu, and a couple of photogs caught them leaving the gym having accomplished their fitness goals for the day!
You know what they say: the couple that works out together
gets fed up when one person isn't going as fast/hard as the other person stays together!

Not too long ago, NBC announced that Carrie Underwood would be singing the theme song each week to kick things off! But before they picked the country superstar, they allowed some of their own stars to audition for the role, and the results were HILARIOUS!
Tons of celebs turned out to show off their vocal chords, but some of them might want to consider sticking to their day jobs!

We got Jillian Michaels to chat it up with us about health, life, and happiness when we were interviewing her about her upcoming inspirational speaking tour, and we managed to squeeze out 4 amazeballs quick fitness tips from her!
Here they are:
1. Work at 85% of your max heart rate. Intensity is key for burning calories.
2. Train in the most functional way by using body weights and free weights, because you'll engage more muscle groups, which will burn more calories.
3. Work in high-intensity cardio intervals into whatever circuits you do.
4. Find something you love to do, and do more of it!
Hell yes to the do what you love one!!
We're all about fitness, but it's only appealing when you love what you're doing! Otherwise, it's super easy to skip and not care about!!

If there's one person that is consistently an inspiration to us — be it mentally, physically, or just through attitude — it's Jillian Michaels!
Not only has she resigned herself to keep in the best shape she can, but she also juggles a full life too. She has two beautiful little kiddos and a loving significant other to share everything with! Luckily, we were able to snag her before she gets too busy with her upcoming motivational speaking tour, which sounds like concentrated Jillian inspiration if we've ever heard it!
We asked her a little bit about why she wanted to do the tour at all, getting involved with the massive amount of people out there that need the help she's offering:
"There is nothing like looking someone in the eye and having a directed and unfiltered dialogue with them to be effective in helping them transform! I found it to be a powerful medium to help people change, and personally it's one of the most rewarding mediums because you get to see the light bulb going off above their heads!
It makes me love what I do! There's nothing like public speaking!"
Doing good makes you feel good! Imagine that! We wish other people would understand that, seeing as there are soooo many people out there that could use help, if only it would be offered to them!
