Ever wonder what it would be like to see Giuliana Rancic butt-nekkid on E! News??
Well she would be censored with an extensive black rectangle, of course!
E! is celebrating Joan Rivers’ birthday with Joan Week, meaning that Joan essentially took over E! throughout her entire bday week.
Somehow this takeover meant Giuliana fulfilling Joan’s dare that she go totes nude during a newscast.
We’re sure everyone involved had no objections, LOLz!!
You can watch how her naked news broadcast goes down tonight at 7!!

Well, that's a mouthful! At the end of her on-air birthday party, Joan Rivers got a bit more birthday cake than she bargained for when Fergie _________________________________.

Joan Rivers loooOOOoooves to shock people, doesn't she?
That's why we love the old broad - but this might have gone a bit too far.
During a Q&A for Internet Week at the Metropolitan Pavilion, Joan went OFF on Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
When talking about the fashion industry, the HBIC of E!'s Fashion Police said:
You can’t stop the jokes from coming!
E!'s Fashion Police writers might be in the middle of a heated battle for fair wages and Writers Guild of America recognition, but that isn’t stopping them from cracking the eff up!
And cracking US the eff up, we might add.
The writers might be buried up to their elbows in legal dramz, but they’ve also been quite busy making a HIGHlarious little video about what they’re “really” doing with all this extra time!
We’re rolling on the floor laughing over some of these insane one-liners they came up with upon the NEW claims people are being asked to write Joan Rivers' jokes anonymously and get paid under the table!
Seriously, E! is missing out with these jokesters.
It might be time to give them what they want. They’re CLEARLY worth it!
Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
The QUEEN of drag meets the QUEEN of saucy interviews and all is RIGHT with the world!
Joan Rivers will hop into bed with just about ANYONE, but recently the television icon got intimate between the sheets with AH-mazing gender bending reality show host RuPaul…
And obviously, HIGHlarity ensued!
Snuggle up with Joan and Ru (above)!
Besides being entertaining, the interview also sheds light on RuPaul's life, his transition into the world of drag, and what he thinks are the main challenges facing anyone who deviates from a "traditional" lifestyle.
PLUS, we get a little peek into Ru's romantic relationship!
Adorbz, illuminating AND fun… no wonder we are SO infatuated by you BOTH!
We told you on Wednesday about the strike by the writers of E!'s Fashion Police!
Well, in case you were wondering how the network is responding to the labor dispute, here is an internal memo from President Suzanne Kolb to all E! employees, in its entirety:
"I want to make sure you are aware of a work action taking place on 'Fashion Police.' We are disappointed that the WGA has called a strike and some of the 'Fashion Police' writers have chosen to vacate their positions. It's unfortunate given that we have taken every action to expedite an election for these writers to decide if they wish to have a bargaining representative, which is the NLRB process that E! and the Guild followed for two other shows now under WGA agreements. In fact, if the WGA had taken the same path as they did with 'The Soup' and 'Chelsea Lately,' we would be well into negotiations toward a deal at this time. We are hopeful the 'Fashion Police' writers will choose to follow the same process and if the writers vote for Guild representation, we are prepared to sit down immediately with WGA representatives in the hopes of reaching a fair agreement."
Apparently it's the position of Ms. Kolb that E! is waiting at the table, and the union is stalling talks now.
But E! wants to be clear that Joan Rivers supports the writers' right to organize! They released a statement saying:
"As a point of clarification, Joan Rivers has gone on record repeatedly that she supports the 'Fashion Police' writers and wants a fair agreement for them."
So if everyone wants a fair agreement, why isn't there one? Something tells us someone isn't as willing to talk as they say!
Until then, fashion will just have to police itself!
