We knew this was coming!

After Gwyneth Paltrow said she stopped using Botox because it made her look like Joan Rivers, the E! Fashion Police host was quick with the comeback.

The funny lady said:

They may not be unionized, but they are very serious about overtime!

Just last week a dozen Fashion Police writers filed a claim against E! for not paying them overtime, and now they want Joan Rivers to pay up too!

In their latest complaint, the scribes claim the show's hostess with the mostess' production company, Rugby Productions, screwed them out of an additional $400,000.

Ouch.

The next step will be for the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement to hold hearing to see if either E! or Rugby Productions owes the writers any of the $1.5 million in back wages they claim they're owed.

Just the right amount of airbrushing!

Gwyneth Paltrow covers the May issue of Harper's Bazaar, and thankfully retouchers didn't go crazy on her face like so many times before.

Yay!

Wearing a white Balenciaga crop top and black slacks, the actress slash author looks like a sunny California girl by way of London.

During her chat with the mag, Gwynnie confessed that like fellow A-lister Nicole Kidman, she's injected her face with Hollywood's favorite face-filler!

She reveals:

Fashion Police may be one of E!'s top rated shows, but it certainly doesn't come across that way in their writers' paychecks!

On Wednesday, the writers filed a claim with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, accusing their employer of violating state laws by not paying them overtime.

One writer said:

"The most I’ve been paid for a show has been for eight hours of work. In reality, I put in anywhere from 12 to 32 additional hours on each show – time I should have been compensated for. On top of that is all the unpaid overtime we regularly work. There are some shows where we are required to work 16-hour days, from 2:30 p.m. until around 5:30 the following morning."

Another writer added:

The pressure is always on for Fashion Police co-host and Kelly Osbourne whenever the red carpet is rolled out!

Miss Kelly O set foot on the Oscars red carpet today in a black shimmery and strappy Tony Ward Couture dress!

For some added accessories, she donned some Norman Silverman earrings & went with a Judith Leiber bag to tie her look together!

Perhaps she got some help from co-host Joan Rivers?

We think she looks great in it, but it’s about time she makes a switch from that purple hair!

Us Weekly unveiled their 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers at STK Midtown on Wednesday at a smashing soiree!

Many of the honorees were in attendance, including Joan Rivers, Ryan Lochte, Megan Hilty, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, 50 Cent, Carrie Keagan, Adrienne Bailon, Hoda Kotb, Coco Rocha, Carol Alt, Jay Sean, and and Countess LuAnn.

Everyone seemed to be having an AH-Mayzing time as DJ Kiss kept the beats coming, GLO jeans models gave a fall denim preview, and Midori cocktails were drank by all!

The designer says both of her kids are constantly critiquing her outfits, especially 4 1/2 year old Harlow.
