Bet there's some juicy deets in there!

Joe Francis is suing cameraman Ryan Simkin for breaking a confidentiality agreement when he wrote Flash! Bars, Boobs, And Busted: 5 Years On The Road With Girls Gone Wild, a tell-all about his experience traveling with the series.

The book is described as a “shocking account of…sex, drugs and rock & roll and ultimately a few trips to the slammer” where nobody “was innocent.”

Simkin worked as a cameraman for Francis from 2002 to 2007 and then as a freelance writer for Girls Gone Wild magazine until the beginning of this year.

The papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday stated, “Unfortunately, Simkin has decided that money and fame are more important to him than keeping promises.”

Joe Francis has apparently found someone to tolerate him for more than 30 seconds at a time, and he intends to marry her!

The lucky lady is surprisingly not a cracked out stripper who confused him for someone worthwhile, but actually CBS reporter Christina McLarty!

And, the more and more we think about this, it has to be some sort of joke or stunt, because apparently Quincy Jones has agreed to be his best man!

WTF? Have we been transported to some awful, nightmarish reality?? There's no way this can actually be happening.

Francis says:

"We have chosen to have a civil domestic partnership because we don't believe it's appropriate to be married until our gay and lesbian friends are afforded the same rights as us to legally marry in the United States. The weekend will be fun, luxurious and filled with lots of surprises. This will be a nontraditional celebration of love, family and friends."

Yeah, right. Nontraditional.

And one of them was visibly pregnant!

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has been accused of attacking two female employees after he discovered them sending information to a news media outlet saying negative things about him!

A source reveals:

“Joe grabbed the cell phone of a female employee at Mantra Films. The employee was using the phone to send an article to a news media outlet about the ‘bad’ things Joe Francis was doing at his company.

“Joe came back and physically attacked the female employee and another employee in the accounting department who was visibly pregnant. Joe fired all involved employees even if they only viewed the attack. The Santa Monica police were called and took statements.”

The police report says that there were no injuries and no arrests were made, but the case has been turned over to the City Attorney's Office and the Santa Monica DA will decide whether or not to press charges.

This isn't the first time Joe's been involved in violence against women — remember the incident with Playboy playmate and Brody Jenner's ex-girlfriend Jayde Nicole?

Just when we thought scummy Joe Francis couldn't get any lower, he goes out and reportedly attacks women.

The Girls Gone Wild founder allegedly physically assaulted two of his female employees at his Santa Monica, CA company, Mantra Films.

According to sources, "Joe grabbed the cell phone of a female employee at Mantra Films,” after she had alerted a media outlet about the "bad" things he was doing at the company.

Then to make things worse, the source says:

“Joe came back and physically attacked that female employee and another employee in the accounting department who was visibly pregnant. Other employees came to their aid, including a top company official. Joe then fired all involved employees even if they only viewed the attack. The Santa Monica police were called and took statements.”

The Santa Monica police department do not plan on arresting him, however they will hand the report over to the City Attorney's Office for review.

The IRS dropped their $33 mil tax lien against the Girls Gone Wild skeeze last month, but the big wigs over at the Internal Revenue Service have realized they made a mistake!

Francis is now being ordered to pay $29.4 million of his original lien because the dumbass failed to pay the government their $$$$$ in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

An associate of Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, Aaron Weinstein was fined $5,000 on Monday for pleading guilty to misdemeanor of providing contraband in prison.

Weinstein originally faced a felony bribery charge but avoided jail time because he cooperated with authorities in prosecuting (aka ratting out) two former guards who admitted to accepting thousands in cash and gifts. His whole plan was to get the guards to provide special treatment to Francis, who was doing time on tax evasion charges.

"One could easily say there should be a short prison sentence here," sad Judge Larry Hicks. "His cooperation and straight forward demeanor spared him that."

Three former deputies have been arrested in this drama. Frank Hawkins was even sentenced to three years in prison and fined $4,000 for accepting cash and gifts.

Wowsa! And Francis' goon gets practically nothing!

"That is a small price to pay for what has occurred here," said the judge, who was more troubled that three career law enforcement officers "lost their jobs and left in disgrace."

The third deputy charged, Michon Mills, was acquitted as she returned the gifts, but the judge saw that the trial "took an incredible toll" on her.

"There is no question in my mind it was the worst experience in her life," continued judge Hicks. "I'm not concerned about Francis, but I am concerned about the impact on these other people. … Those effects were truly chaotic as far as the law enforcement people were concerned."

Joe Francis caused even more trouble while in jail! What an accomplishment.

We don't know how he gets away with this shiz!

When the IRS slapped a $33 million tax lien on Joe Francis in November, no one was surprised he fought back - but no one knows how the hell he won!

The Girls Gone Wild douche sued the government and the suit resulted in the lien being released. And when asked about it, he wasn't sure whether Uncle Sam dropped the lien or if he had paid it.

WTF?! You don't know if you spent $33 million?!

He's either super shady or a true celebutard…or both!

A former Nevada sheriff's deputy, Sgt. Michon Mills, has been accused of accepting gifts and giving preferential treatment to Joe Francis in 2007 - and now, she's going to trial!

Judge Larry Hicks denied a motion to dismiss the trial and it's expected to continue on Friday.

An associate of Frances had pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge as he admitted buying Mills a $4,500 Cartier watch and a $5,000 Saks Fifth Avenue gift card, yet the deputy never considered the gifts a bribe and eventually gave the items back.

Mills' lawyer claims that the charges should be dismissed because the gift card was a personal birthday present and the watch was a Christmas gift.

Riiiiiiight.

He even got to two other former deputies who accepted gift, such as $3,200 in cash and four tickets to the Oakland Raiders game in exchange for bringing Francis sushi on two different occasions.

Ha!

Many have testifies that Mills let Francis run a muck in the prison. He was allowed to run Girls Gone Wild, thus allowing him to be on the phone 24/7. Many inmates complained about his loud incessant talking!

She also brought him magazines and requested to be informed every time he was disciplined.
