Jordin Sparks Gets Fit On Women's Running!

Last year, Jordin Sparks dropped a total of 50 pounds, and now that she has kept up her slamming hawt bod, she scored a cover with Women's Running!

In the May issue of the fitness mag, the 23-year-old singer wears some very tiny pink shorts and a fitted top to flaunt her physique, and we're loving everything about her gorgeous photo.

And since Miz Sparks knows a thing or two about keeping in shape, she talks about her biggest inspirations, what music she likes to run to, her workout routine, who she would love to run with and her favorite snacks.

Jordin Sparks Has Lost 50 Pounds, Looks Slammin'!!

Hot damn, guuuurl!

You're lookin' so fab we can hardly contain ourselves!

Jordin Sparks has lost 50 pounds!

She looks almost completely different than when she was on American Idol in 2007!

That's not all she has to be excited about either… she and Jason Derulo just celebrated their anniversary — in the BAHAMAS!

It was the perfect opportunity for her to show off her brand new bikini body, and all we have to say is WOW!

It didn't come easy to her, though.

Here's what she said:

'I knew I had a long road ahead of me. I was barely working out, and my diet was a mess. I had to address when, what, and how much I was eating. I just wanted to be healthy. I remember thinking, ‘I’m in my prime. I should be happy and fit.’ That was the moment I decided that changes needed to be made.'

Perfect attitude!

We love it!

Jordin Sparks Shows Off Bangin' Body In Las Vegas

Dang, gurl! You're looking so good these days!

Jordin Sparks wasn't afraid to show off her bangin' body on Monday night in Las Vegas.

The American Idol winner was on hand to perform at the Winter In Venice event at The Venetian.

Still continuing to shrink, the singer lost 30 pounds leading up to this past summer and credits her incredible transformation to a combination of hiking and dancing.

Although she made small diet adjustments, she made sure not to deprive herself of the food she loves, explaining:

"My diet has pretty much remained the same, like if I want a piece of bread, I'm gonna have a piece of bread, but [I'm] making healthier decisions like instead of a bag of chips for a snack, I'll see if I can find an apple. [I've also] upped my intake of vegetables [and I'm] drinking a lot more water."
