Helloooo, sparkles!

Some people think political events can be a little bland, but not when Julie Bowen is involved!

Julie brought some major shimmer to the White House Correspondents' Dinner just in case President Obama's people forgot to order enough.

While we love a good risk, we're not so sure this Monique Lhuillier gown is our fave.

The length is hard to pull off and her cute figure kind of gets lost in the design, but she certainly won't get lost in the crowd!

Plus, let's all admit it…politics can certainly use MORE glitter!

Julie Bowen flocked to the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel Thursday night for 'An Evening' benefiting the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center.

The Modern Family actress channeled her inner feather duster in a black flapper-esque Chado Ralph Rucci dress that she paired with nude sandals and black rhinestone clutch.

We're not loving Julie's shoe choice, but her twisted, retro up-do was super cute!

Julie Bowen is one preppy mother in Tommy Hilfiger on the cover of Lucky magazine’s April issue.

Inside, the 43 year old shows off those pearly whites and Modern style in Juicy Couture, Joe’s Jeans, Jimmy Choo, J. Crew, Gucci and BCBG.

When she wasn't doing handstands, Julie opened up about working with her stylist and getting Kristen Stewart’s clothes.

She explained:

"It was a big evolution in style for me to grow up and say ‘I need to take fashion seriously for my job.’ I have a stylist now, and she’s trying to get me to wear more revealing stuff. She’s Kristen Stewart’s stylist. I go there and see all this amazing funky stuff, and I know it’s for her. If I get K-Stew’s castoffs, that’s all right with me."

Their styles don’t seem similar to us at all, but who knows! Maybe it works!

Every show needs the appropriate dose of leather, and Julie Bowen made sure the SAG Awards got theirs on Sunday in El Lay.

The Modern Family mama wore a leather Johanna Johnson dress with jeweled shoulders.

But to put it simply, her problem was that it just didn’t look good.

Julie's ponytail was also a bit too careless, with her black hair tie standing out against her blonde hair.

At least there are some more awards shows coming up soon where she can redeem herself.

Is she trying to hide something?

Julie Bowen didn't do her slender figure any favors in a draped, one-shoulder turquoise Halston gown at this year's Golden Globe Awards.

To make things worse, those heavy bangles and dark clutch and shoes weigh down the dress' breezy color.

On the upside, her makeup is flawlessly dramatic.

We'll take a good smoky eye any day!

Julie Bowen was one of the classy guests at the Golden Globes Kick-Off Party in West Hollywood last night.

For the festive event, the Modern Family actress opted for a white, one shoulder Jenny Packham dress covered in silver embellishments.

Metallic heels and clutch completed the ensemble.

We wish Julie opted for a different 'do, but her makeup was the perfect mix of natural and glam.
