Oh no!

How will Julie Bowen turn the pages of her Modern Family scripts if she's lost her hand! How will they explain it on the show? Why does it look like she's not worried about it?

Wait… oh, it's just in her sleeve for some reason. Or, more likely, the only reason why the other one is out is to control her iPod.

Julie Bowen went to the Lakers game or whatever, as it seems like it was between that and just going to bed early.

We mean, even the people around her look like the lady all the way in the back was the one who talked them into going!

Ha!

Though, we're sure things on the court were just tense, and this was just a moment of pure concentration.

There's no way anybody could be bored at a basketball game!

Right?

…Right?

Julie Bowen is on the cover of the October issue of Health.

She's certainly looking healthy for 42!

Inside the mag, she gave an interview across several interesting topics and it went a little like this:

A new interview with Julie Bowen for the cover of More magazine reveals another actress once called her FAT during her first professional acting gig.

The GORGEOUS Modern Family star recalls the experience on the ABC daytime show Loving, saying:

“Between scenes, [a costar] would say, ‘Can you believe how fat you are?’ I thought, go talk to the crew, and you’ll find out that they hate her, too.”

Although, it sounds like that wasn't the worst experience she's ever had on set. While filming an episode of Boston Legal, Julie's water broke! She explains:

“I was pretending to be in labor, grunting and groaning. They’re like, ‘Cut!’ and my water breaks, and I’m standing in a puddle."

She was rushed to the hospital by the staff, but not before stopping at home for a change of clothes in fears that the nurses “would think I was Froot Loops, showing up in my own hospital gown with full hair and makeup.”

LOL! Aww!

Despite a few bumps and births along the way, the 41-year-old actress (and HAWT momma!) has reached the top of her game with a HUGELY successful show and a lovely family to come home to!

In Hollywood, even the beautiful women like Julie Bowen have self-image issues. For Bowen, specifically, her problems started while working on a soap opera.

"I worked on a soap early on. Women in Hollywood are tiny, but women in soap operas are the tiniest people alive! I have laid eyes on Susan Lucci, and if she turns sideways, you can't see her."

Bowen described how disheartening it was when she went to wardrobe and couldn’t fit into the clothes.

"All the clothes were designed for girls with tiny waists and boobs. I was the exact opposite. I'm a normal-sized girl, and no matter how skinny I get, I don't have a waist. It gave me a lot of insecurities."

Even though she escaped the skinny world of soap operas, she was unable to shake working with extraordinarily beautiful women, such as Modern Family co-star Sofia Vergara.

"There are days when I'm like, 'Hey, you look pretty good.' But I work with Sofia Vergara. You can have your very best day, and then you walk in and look at her and you go, 'Okay, now that's just superhuman’. She's extraordinarily beautiful, smart and funny. I don't look bad, but I don't look like Sofia Vergara, and that's okay."

You’re being modest, Julie! You’re gorgeous as well, and you have an extremely healthy outlook on beauty!
