Well, we're sad to report that those two have split, and the wedding is off.

Apparently they "broke up a few weeks ago."

Sorry, Justin! So close! Keep working on that matchmaking formula because you almost had it!

Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester was reportedly spotted having a romantic dinner at La Poubelle in El Lay with none other than former Mr. Drew Barrymore, Justin Long!

Sources at the restaurant are reporting that the pair were holding hands the entire time, stayed at the restaurant until well after midnight, and even friendly and chatty with fans!

The insider reveals:

"They were happily willing to talk to fans who approached them."

Wow - we actually kind of like these two together!

And they were both recently in pretty longterm relationships, so we're happy that that they're getting back out there!

The two were all smiles and laughter throughout the meal, and ScarJo reportedly paid for Penn.

The couple apparently hit it off too, because after two years of dating, they were engaged after this Christmas!
