With Anna Kendrick positively blowing us all away with her Beauty and the Beast-inspired musical number she performed in her monologue this past week on Saturday Night Live, we got to thinking about our other favorite opening monologues that used the gift of song!
Our number one choice? Taylor Swift…who wrote and performed a lovely, HIGHlarious opening song about what not to do in a monologue (above)!

But before you say "what the Kremlin? Finland isn't Russia," let us explain…
Finnish concerts involving the two music megastar might get
axed hammered and sickled because the owners of the venue are on a list of visa bans and asset freezes meant to hit the allies of Vladimir Putin following his invasion and annexation of Crimea.
Apparently, Hartwell Arena is owned by three Russians, one of whom is a co-founder of a Russian oil-trading company, and now the concert promoter, Live Nation Finland, is looking into whether or not the sanctions would prohibit Mileybird and JT from performing there.
Miley is supposed to set to perform in June! Hopefully, the powers that be can figure out a solution to this problemo by then!
Although, Russia? You build some sort of new Berlin Wall, expect Miley to tear it down with a wrecking ball.
These two are certainly having the time of their lives in London!
The adorable duo were spotted spending a little over two hours at the Dover Street Market on Monday! How fun!
Then came the tricky part — leaving! Jess emerged from the building before JT did with his escort! You can't have too much protection from paps and fans!
But what a sneaky move on their part, trying avoid the photogs getting their money shot (them together). Gotta do what you have to do!

As her Lovatics know, however, Demi has always marched to the beat of her own drummer! She — pun fully intended — typically thinks outside of the box!
So, it shouldn't really surprise us too much that the 21-year-old starlet decided to surprise her tour mate Collins Key at a recent concert of theirs and take the stage dressed as JT's infamous SNL character (above)!
