With the whole Kanye West / Taylor Swiftfiasco that occurred at this year's MTV Music Video Awards last month, the rest of the event seems like a blur.
But he wasn't the only one to crash the stage. D-list rapper Lil' Mama was also at the awards show and decided to jump on stage during Jay-Z's performance with Alicia Keys of Empire State of Mind.
And during a recent interview with Tyra Banks, Lil' Mama opens up about the incident and explains what she did and why.
Well, she tries to explain it, at least.
According to Lil' Mama:
”I don’t think it was as serious as everyone was trying to make it out to be…. When I was sitting in the stands I was very excited and I felt the connection, being from New York, being in Hip Hop… Alicia Keys being from Harlem and Jay Z being from Brooklyn and I was just so emotional.
I was really feeling it….I felt like I was being embraced at the time, Jay-Z was bouncing back and I’m feeling like this whole moment is happening but I’m not planning it to be a moment, it just happened.
I’m a dancer, and I definitely felt it. I wasn’t there to ruin the performance, I wasn’t there to bring anyone down or anything down. In that moment I kind of felt it coming so I just went with the flow.”
And has the lil' diva reached out to Jay-Z and Alicia to apologize?
Says the rude bitch:
“No, I haven’t, I have tried, I got management to reach out. I would like to speak to Jay-Z one-on-one, just to see how he felt. I would just love to apologize…It was never my intent to be disrespectful to anyone. I’ve always been a respectful young woman in this industry, people know me for that.
You can tell [Alicia] that I apologize and I definitely plan to work with both of them in the future and I hope this didn’t rock the boat.”
Bitch please, once you cross Jay-Z you're out of the game!
Check out the LOLz as Lil' Mama tries to downplay crashing the stage during Jay-Z and Alicia's performance.

Well, we've been waiting to hear what Miz Beyonce has had to say about the whole Kanye West/ Taylor Swift debacle since it happened. She's the reason he lost his mind in the first place. Who told her to make the best video of all time!?
Actually, Beyonce was smart to keep her mouth quiet until the whole mess blew over. Now, she can play devil's advocate with no one staring daggers at her.
When asked about the infamous incident that will certainly go down in MTV history, Beyonce finally discussed her displeasure, but also her understanding of Kanye's actions.
She says:
"Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award. And when they didn't call my name he was, like, completely shocked. And when he walked on the stage, I was like, 'No, no, no!' and then he spoke, and I was like, 'Oh, no, no, no!' But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment — and I didn't have to make an acceptance speech."
Remember that garbage 50 Cent spouted off about GaGa and Kanye's ill-fated "Fame Kills" tour???
We believe his exact words were, "Ah, the gay tour."
Well, Gagita feels sorry for the homophobe!
When asked about his ridiculous comment, GaGa told reporters, "I think it's sad — and I think that nobody in any genre of music should accommodate homophobia."
Lady GaGa was at the Billboard "Women in Music" event in NYC on Friday to receive the Rising Star Award when she addressed the cancellation of her "Fame Kills" tour with Kanye West.
"It was a mutual decision," she says. "Kanye's going to take some time off. But the good news is that I'm going on tour in a few weeks."
YES! YES! YES!
We can't wait!
As for Kanye, he could probably use some serious time off from being in the spotlight!
In a candid phone interview with Ryan Seacrest on Thursday, Madonna discusses dating habits, her hawt body, Kanye West and, of course, the music.
Here are some HIGHlights:
On being hit on by 34-year-old Seacrest:
“Honey, you’re kind of old for me (laughs).”
On how young she likes her guys:
“You have to be old enough to dress yourself… Younger people are generally more adventurous - they’re more open, more fun - have you met many guys my age? Guys my age are married or divorced or grumpy, fat and balding.”
On her self-image:
"My body is part of my job. If I’m not in good shape, then how can I dance around on stage with my butt hanging out, right? I look in the mirror and go ‘hmm-mm. Less cake, more work.’”
On Kanye West:
“Yeah, he’s a bit impulsive. I would’ve given him a good talking to. He needs to put a lid on it. I do think he’s very talented but he gets confused sometimes.”
On having famous guests at her shows:
“I was getting super-sharp looks from Jennifer Lopez. Her ponytail distracted me. Whenever artists come to see my show, they’re studying me.”
On how her music will be impacted by her new life:
“It just means it’s gonna get better ’cause I’m happier.”
Wowsa!

In an attempt to cover his ass after making some rather rude comments regarding the newLady GaGa/ Kanye tour and West's gay fan , 50 Cent released this statement, explaining his word choice:
“During an interview with Angie Martinez yesterday, certain comments I made were taken entirely out of context. When I referred to the Lady Gaga tour as the “gay tour” I was basically repeating what I thought she had referred to the tour in the past. It was not my intention to offend anyone. I don’t have a problem with anyone’s lifestyle and have no issue with Lady Gaga, she makes great music."
50 Centwas on the Angie Martinez radio show yesterday and when the station was about to give away tickets to Lady Gaga and Kanye West's upcoming "Fame Kills" tour. 50 Cent reponded with "ah, the gay tour."
He justified his comments saying that was what Lady Gaga was calling it. The deejay corrected him saying that Gagita had explained to Kanye that she had a large gay following. 50's reply?
"What did Kanye say, 'Me, too?'"
50 continued with his failed attempt at a joke:
"Kanye's cool with the gay folk. I have nothing against them, but he's cool with them. He goes and drops his video off to them…Ellen. Ellen DeGeneres. He went there to premiere his video. He's conscious of the gay community and wants them to buy his CD."
Well you can be sure the gays won't be buying your upcoming album with those vomitous comments floating around on the airwaves.
Idiot!
