Karina Smirnoff of DWTS and Cristy Rice of The Real Housewives of Miami were recently down on the sandy shores of South Beach, Miami.

The ladies were showing off their paddle boarding skills on the beautiful Miami waters.

When they were done with their ocean adventuring, Cristy refueled with some Muscle Milk Light!

It's the perfect combo of low calories, vitamins and protein to help recover after any activity, like running from sharks on a paddle board.

We're just assuming there were sharks there.

Anyway, these ladies are looking good with their fit bikini bods!

Dancing With The Stars pro Karina Smirnoff is in Hawaii to promote her DanceFIT-KS exercise routine — "a customized, unique fitness experience" designed for guests vacationing at resorts like the Marriott on the state's Kauai island.

While she's not inspiring tourists to get fit through dancing, she's been busy enjoying the fun sites and activities Hawaii has to offer.

She spent Tuesday afternoon paddleboarding in a seksi blue bikini which fit perfectly on her toned body.

Tis the season to be jolly, but for Karina Smirnoff, it's also a time to give back to those who need it most!

The Dancing With The Stars season 13 champion was in New York City on behalf of Lady Foot Locker and Bearpaw Boots to hand out shoes to women in need!

The seksi professional dancer distributed over 1,000 pairs of shoes on Tuesday with a smile on her face, despite the recent rumored break-up with her fiance, Brad Penny.

According to sources,

DWTS star and vodka-drink-last-named Karina Smirnoff may no longer be engaged!

She and her beau Brad Penny are being reported as calling off their year+ promise to marry each other.

Dancing With The Stars pro Karina Smirnoff celebrated her Mirror Ball Trophy win in Las Vegas over the weekend.

She stayed at the Venetian and spent Saturday afternoon enjoying Sin City's Winter in Venice festivities where she went ice skating and interacted with the spirited employees, fans, and even security!

What's that all about, Karina? Did somebody spike your egg nog!? Ha!

The dancer, who exposed her amazing body in Playboy not too long ago, even gave out some holiday fitness tips to sources, saying:
