Kate Hudson knows a thing or two about staying in shape!
Of all those things, two of the most important should be the most obvious: dedication and perseverance.
To achieve and maintain a good level of fitness you have to workout hard and often.
This means that even though New Year's Eve might seem like a good day to relax and get all dolled up for that evening's festivities, squeezing in a workout would be super beneficial.
So Kate, being a super fit lady, carved out some time in her day to work on her physical health.
Not only is training your body fun and not only does it lead to very sexy results, it can also improve your mood!
So that means Kate was probably able to enjoy her evening even more than anyone else at the party!!
That's amazing! We should all start working out all the time! Woo!!

The busy mom recently told us about her workout routine, and Shape magazine is showing off the finished product for their November issue.
This bubbly blonde is so honest about her relationship with fitness and health that is feels like she’s one of your friends! Believe or not, Kate struggles to workout, but she still does it everywhere. She said:

The actress recently talked about abtastic pointers from her trainer, which is who motivates her to get out the door and sweat it up! She said:
In case you haven't been paying attention, Kate Hudson has managed to stay in amazing shape! In fact, she looks so good, she's making a workout video for others who want to have a bangin' bod just like hers!!
So what's her secret to her insanely slim figure???
Well apparently she's been getting dance lessons, but not just from any instructor that you'll find in the Yellow Pages. She goes to the best: Derek Hough!
The Dancing With The Stars vet recently opened up about their budding friendship and said:
Do you see Kate Hudson's body? Her abs are in-sane!
So if you're ever wondering why she's making a workout video, just know that she's doing it for the rest of us — because whatever she's doing is WORKING, and she's kind enough to share it with the world!!
This pic (above) was taken while taking a break from filming a Pilates workout, and we can't but help getting flashes of Jane Fonda seeing her do this! She had her song Bingham, and fiancé Matt Bellamy by her side!
Honestly, we're super excited to see what the final result is from this video — we think it's a fab idea! Especially when you take into account that she's had two kids, and one of them only two years ago! We mean, she's in better shape now than she was BEFORE she had a couple of humans come out of her!
