Rejoice! It happened! It finally happened!

After months of speculation, we are actually seeing Kate Upton on the cover of American Vogue for the very first time and it's glorious.

Wearing a Dolce & Gabbana mini and black spiky sandals, the model was photographed by Mario Testino (of course) for her first U.S. cover and all we can say is, hello boobs, hair and eyebrows!!!

She has an incredible 9-page inside the June issue wearing amazing clothes by Michael Kors, Chanel, Stella McCartney and so much more, while posing in front of beautiful color and black and white scenery.

She is most definitely the all-American girl and there couldn't be more proof after looking at these pics (below)!

Kate Upton may not be dating Diddy, but that's not stopping her from hooking up with another hip-hop artist.

This list might seem a bit skewed to those of us on U.S. shores, but keep in mind this is FHM's 100 Sexiest Women of the World List (the whole world), so some of your faves might be ranked lower than you'd like!

For example, bonafide bombshell Sofia Vergara is number 100, supermodel Miranda Kerr is 56, and Megan Fox is 17, which isn't low, but this is Megan Fox we're talking about!

We got excited when we saw Cameron Diaz on the set of The Other Woman, but now we have three bodacious blondes for the price of one!

Cameron was joined yesterday by co-stars Leslie Mann and Kate Upton to film their new funny flick.

Now, we know Cam and Leslie can bring the laughs, but how will acting rookie Kate match up to the veteran actresses??!

Kate is playing ONE of the many other women Cameron's man sleeps with, so with her beauty she at least looks like the part of seductress!

Those short shorts would tempt ANY man.

We know they JUST started filming, but we can't wait to see this movie!

We've been hoping for the next female-led romcom (à la Bridesmaids) and we just might get it with The Other Woman!

But the question still remains, will Nicki Minaj bring her sass for an on set SIGHting??!

The sassy American Idol judge is in final talks to join revenge comedy The Other Woman!!!

If she does sign on, Nicki will join fellow acting rookie Kate Upton and Hollywood heavyweights Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann!!

That is quite the debut, but leave it to Nicki to do everything BIGGER and BETTER than expected.
