Last night's X Factor had MUCH more talent than the nights before, and we were really happy to see that kind of shift in the show.
Among the talent was Tora Woloshin, who just has that certain something about her: a great voice, great personality, and great stage presence!
She totally has the X Factor!!
Kinda reminds us of Kelis and Solange!
Check out her audition above, and watch her totally own I Want You Back!

Well this is just silly!
Apparently, Kelis isn't exactly the biggest fan of Katy Perry's work.
She reportedly told a UK newspaper:

And, yes, the song will make you wanna bounce!!!

If this is true, it is beyond tacky!
It seems that Kelis' housekeeper claims that the singer stiffed her out of $900 in wages. And unfortunately for her, the maid cannot sue since she is an illegal alien.
The housekeeper made $150 a day for her work and cleaned one day a week. Kelis fell six weeks behind in her payments and owes her employee $900.
Considering Nas is paying her $25,000 per month in child support, we're not sure why she doesn't have the money.
The woman is trying to find a lawyer and explore her legal options to file with the California Labor Commission.
Just pay the lady!

Uh-oh! Drama!
Seems that Kelis is in a little legal trouble with a talent agency that handled some of her variety performances in Europe. They claim that she and her people have yet to pay for services they provided her, but Kelis' reps are saying otherwise. On the heels of the company filing legal papers with the Supreme Court of New York, Kelis' reps sent us an exclusive statement on behalf of their girl:
"Drive Talent has been paid in full for services rendered for the assistance in production for various TV performances. Any claims stating otherwise is clearly an effort to gain press attention. The amount claimed to be owed is not for services rendered which Drive Talent would like the public to believe but over a dispute stemming from a European promotional run in which Drive Talent authorized the spend of close to $11,800 of the artist's money to a vendor they hired without approval from either the artist or management. We look forward to presenting our case in court and are confident once a review has been made of all evidence we have to support our argument that it will be clear Drive Talent has absolutely no ground whatsoever to stand one."
Well, what say you Drive Talent? You've thrown down the gauntlet. Better be ready to fight!
