Oh no! That's just terrible!

Kelly Osbourne got some awful news just the other day…

Her family dog Maggie had died!

Kelly tweeted the following about this very sad news:

Kelly Osbourne parted ways with her bikini and got dolled up for the CLEO magazine (she's their newest columnist!) relaunch party in Australia on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old was a total sexpot in a lace Alex Perry A-line dress with bustier bra top and sheer yoke, but we can't stop obsessing over her fabulous violet beehive!

The voluminous 'do and those side-swept bangs are just plain HOT on the Fashion Police co-host.

Miss Kelly O accessorized with drop earrings, dragonfly rings, and a cute black clutch.

She should totes choose herself as best-dressed on Fashion Police! LOLz!

In fact, Ozzy Osbourne has vowed that he WILL be clean by the time his daughter, Kelly Osbourne, walks down the aisle to her rumored model fiance, Matthew Mosshart.

As if his wife, Sharon Osbourne, kicking him to the curb wasn't enough!!!

A source close to the fashionista explained:

Kelly Osbourne may think she's still a little on the heavy side, even after losing 70 pounds, but the red floral bikini she wore during her Australian getaway is showing a lot different!

On Saturday, the Fashion Police starlet enjoyed some fun in the sun with her boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart at the Park Hyatt hotel's pool, and even though she was in the land down under to promote the women's magazine, Cleo, for which she contributes as a columnist, she also made sure to promote her killer curves.

Kelly has come a long way from her overweight days, and we have to admit, she has NEVER looked this good.

Kelly Osbourne killed two birds with one stone on Wednesday: went shopping and spent time with her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart in New York City.

The Fashion Policewoman hit up Patricia Fields looking very rock n' roll in a plain white tee, Saint Laurent leather jacket and black pants.

She completed the look with black ankle boots, cat-eye sunnies, a studded headband and pulled her lavender locks back into a messy ponytail.

Maybe Kelly O can start giving Matt some style tips; it looks like he could use a few.

Lisa Osbourne, Jack Osbourne's wife, is a huge animal lover.

So of course she was glad to watch Kelly Osbourne's bulldoggy!!

Though he wasn't the easiest pup to dogsit apparently…

Kelly Osbourne gave Kim Kardashian a run for her bronzed money last night at the E! Upfront Presentations in New York City.

The Fashion Police star worked her orange tinge in a navy blue dress with a white ruffled bib, white Aldo platform sandals, and her legally lavender locks styled into a big bouffant.

Between the makeup mishap and her outfit, she easily earned herself a spot on this week's worst dressed list.

Next time go easier on the bronzer, Kel.
