Simon's Angels!

Demi Lovato is already an ol' pro at this, but now she's got two beautiful new ladies by her side!

Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio are the new official co-judges for X Factor and they looked like perfection during the first day of auditions in Charleston, South Carolina on Tuesday.

Paulina wore a coral Roland Mouret dress paired with Valentino shoes and Piumelli gloves while Kelly Rowland rocked the shiz out of a yellow top and skirt by Shakuhachi with a Balmain belt and Alaia shoes!

Not surprisingly, DemDem continued with her rocker edge Topshop look, wearing a leather jacket, pants and heels.

SooooOOOooo sexy! We see that Simon knew EXACTLY what he was doing when he hired these lovely ladies!

The (most likey) new X Factor judge just doesn't even know HOW to disappoint.

Why? Because she's a legend! A Kelly Rowlegend!

She wore a silver beaded Rami Al Ali gown to the Billboard Music Awards blue carpet, shining and glowing like a pretty little unicorn.

Even her silky smooth leg peeking out of the dress' slit is legendary.

Ain't got no Dirty Laundry here!

Kelly Rowland is giving Gwyneth Paltrow a run for her money!

Gwynnie may have received the title of "Most Beautiful Woman" of 2013, but after seeing this pic of Kelly in People magazine's new "Most Beautiful" issue, we're having our doubts about the true winner.

The gorgeous singer posed without makeup whilst showing off some sexy cleavage in a bra and strategically-buttoned sweater. She needs to try this look out more often!

Unfortunately, she wasn't always confident with her beautiful looks. In the issue, Kelly says:

While Beyoncé was off showing her nips to the world, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams were having a mini Destiny's Child reunion of their own Thursday night at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at the Nokia Theater in El Lay.

For the induction of Donna Summer and other music legends, Kelly opted for a black lace dress which (slightly) covered a short and tight leather mini skirt and bra while Michelle wore a black and white Herve Leger bandage gown.

Both women looked IMPECCABLE. Even a decade later and they still know how to make an eye-stopping appearance on the red carpet.

They have us Jumpin' Jumpin'!

Whatever's gotten into Kelly Rowland lately, we hope it stays there FOREVER!

The singer has been knocking every recent look out of the park, and as the host of BET's 9th Annual Rip The Runway on Wednesday, she unleashed SEVEN killer outfits!

For her red carpet walk, Miz Rowland kept it simple in a black gown with thigh-slit, then continued to bare more and more skin on stage in a white gown with cut-outs all over the bust and ANOTHER thigh-slit, embellished hot pants paired with sky-high Louboutins, a print Balmain mini dress, and white lace pencil skirt with matching bra top.

DAYUM!!! We're exhausted just writing about it!

She covered up just once in a glittering gold long-sleeved gown and did Ashley Olsen proud in a white mini skirt paired with a huge fuzzy fur top.

Loves it!

Angelina Jolie must be so proud.

Her leggy trend from the 2012 Oscars has vibrantly lived on throughout the current awards season, with Kelly Rowland being the latest to work the can-can!

Looking elegant as ever on the red carpet, her Donna Karan Atelier gown fuses silk duchess satin up top with silk gazar for the skirt.

And the finished product is a dream dress with a futuristic flair. Lovely!

Ever since she popped out from under the stage at the Super Bowl, she has been straight-up SLAYING us with her fierceness!

The singer graced the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards with her flawless presence in El Lay on Thursday night looking like a total BABE in a yellow and navy dress featuring a slim V-slit at the bust.

So freaking hot!

We can't stop our eyes from following the gorgeous curves of her bod!

T-strap heels and beautiful tousled waves completed her look.
