Khloe Kardashian is about to get slapped with a lawsuit by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo if she doesn't stop selling the Rich Soil t-shirt (above)!
The state of New York has ordered Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom to halt sales of the $35 t-shirt because the picture looks an awful lot like the state's Department of Agriculture logo.
In fact, it's practically identical.
If the two don't remove the shirt from their joint label's website within five days, the state will resort to dragging them to court with an argument saying:
"The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark."
Hmm, how many lawsuits is this now for the Kardashians??

Getting all three of these girls in one place has got to be tough, but Fabulous magazine did it!
Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian flash their signature smizes on the cover of the mag's most recent issue, but there's one thing noticeably missing: baby Kimbryo!
We're guessing the shoot either took place a while back or Kimmy's bump was Photoshopped out because there's no hiding that thing these days!

After being slapped with several lawsuits and ultimately an injunction for their Khroma Beauty line, the sisters and Boldface Licensing, the company that manufactures the makeup, are changing the name.
The new name of the line will be…drum roll please…

The future MILF and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian jetted all the way to fabulous Houston, Texas to promote the Kardashian Kollection at Willowbrook Mall on Saturday.
The sisters all appropriately wore pieces from their Kollection, with Khloe in a leopard-print pencil skirt and black camisole, Kim in a tight LBD, and Kourtney in drawstring pants and colorblock top.
Hmm, perhaps Kourtney and Kim should've swapped outfits!
Their feet, however, were clad in designer heels. Kim squeezed hers into Givenchy cage sandals while Kourtney continued to show love to her two-toned Saint Laurent pumps.

If there were any doubts on how well the Kardashian Sun Kissed tanning system worked, just look at Khloe Kardashian on the cover of Cosmo UK.
The bronzed reality goddess is all aglow on the mag's June issue rocking a skin-tight black dress, an arm full of jewels and beautiful wind-blown caramel mane.
Gotta love Beyonce's wind machine!
For the inside spread, KoKo flashes a hint of side boob in a white bootylicious outfit and even shows off her bedroom eyes (and evil eye!) in a crisp dress shirt, black undone tie and gray floppy hat.
You know for someone who has body issues, she sure doesn't let it stop her from getting in front of the camera and we applaud her for that!

It's all about keeping it in the family…especially for the Kardashians.
Khloe Kardashian was spotted leaving Cusp by Neiman Marcus on Wednesday showing some true brotherly love.
Wearing black tights and a black jacket, she paired her Timberlands with none other than socks from Rob Kardashian's line Arthur George.
It's pretty clear she was making a point of really showing them off by the fact that she had them stretched all the way up. And, who could miss those bright red and white socks anyway?
Oh, did we mention that the pattern is a marijuana leaf? You're three days early, Khloe!
Good to know that blood is thicker than water with the Dashes, especially when it comes to promoting each other!

Because, nothing says summer more than a bright pink tote bag with Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim's faces on it.
Kourt modeled the new shoulder bag on her Instagram, which to be honest, actually looked pretty cute when she was holding it.
Too bad it's a whopping forty dollars, otherwise we'd say it would make a perfect Mother's Day present. Okay, it still does! Ha!
