UPDATE 5:18 P.M. EST: We've got an EXCLUSIVE quote from the interior designer himself — Martyn Lawrence Bullard! Martyn tells PerezHilton.com:
"It was amazing working with both of the girls because they've inherited a passion for decorating from their mom, Kris. Having said that they both have very different aesthetics, which I had to tailor to both of their lifestyles. Kourtney's home this time around is her real grown up home, and in it we sourced important mid-century furniture and artworks from all over the world including the flea markets in Paris and top auction houses. The overall vibe is a tailored modern interior that also doubles as a family home. Khloe's decor was geared toward her single girl life where glamour, luxury and real comfort were very important to her. The house was designed for entertaining her friends and has a real Kocktails with Khloe atmosphere, while her master suite was truly designed as her own personal sanctuary, with a 1,500 square foot custom closet with shoes, handbags, and clothing along with an exotic marble bathroom - and, every girls dream, a glam room…where she and all the girls get together and get their hair and makeup done prior to shooting KUWTK. As much as their styles are different, the girls both have an innate love for luxurious fabrics, high style, and most importantly comfort!"
We get to see a lot of Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian's cribs on KUWTK — but this is a glimpse like we've never seen before!
For the March issue of Architectural Digest, the reality star sisters open their doors and give a tour of their immaculate Calabasas mansions.
Despite having very different personalities and tastes, Kourt and Koko enlisted the help of celeb-favorite designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to tailor their estates. The momma-of-three raved:
"I'm amazed how many styles he can interpret. Khloé's place is glamorous, which suits her style. Mine is much more restrained and modern, which is perfect for where I am in my life."

Bullard explained the inspiration behind the individual designs:
"Both of the girls were ready for something fresh. Khloé's house was a giant play palace built for a boisterous young man. We decided to give it some romance, bringing it back to its Mediterranean roots."
As for Kourtney:
"We wanted to make it sophisticated but family-friendly. She's all about her kids."
No surprise there!
