You do NOT want to mess with the Kardashian clan!!

Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian recently filed a lawsuit against their ex-stepmother Ellen Pearson when they heard she was planning on selling their deceased father's personal diaries and photo albums to the tabloids!

She began by spilling juicy details last month, including stories of Kris Jenner beating the girls when they were younger! But the sisters aren't taking the claims lightly and say all of her stories are complete bullshizz!!

The reality mommy was spotted in Beverly Hills with her two loves Mason and Penelope, and the three of them were looking absolutely impeccable!

Apparently, they were on their way back from a birthday party, which makes a lot of sense - they were looking a little pooped (whilst still looking impeccable!).

Birthday parties will do that to ya! They're fun, but exhausting!!!

…We hope the fun made the exhaustion well worth it, though, Kourt!!!

It's no surprise that Kim Kardashian's baby shower had an EXTREMELY star-studded guest list that included Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie and MANY more!

But in addition to inviting some of Hollywood's elite, the reality starlet also made sure to invite some of her closest and dearest friends!

Nothing brings a family together like some sushi!!

The Kardashian's recently got together at Kushiyu in Los Angeles after a busy day of shooting to unwind, catch up, and chow down on some raw fish!

After filling their tummies with a yummy Japanese meal, Kourtney Kardashian and her boys Scott Disick and Mason said goodbye to Aunt Kim and Khloe and headed home for a much needed food coma!!

Unfortunately for Mason, he wasn't able to get his go-to grilled cheese like last time, but it looks like he was able to make do with a good old fashioned california roll! LOLz!

The reality starlet spent the day with her two favorite men and grabbed lunch at John's Garden at the Malibu Country Mart with Scott Disick and Mason!

Kourtney's son proved that at a young age he's already making great choices as he munched on a mouth-watering grilled cheese! Always an excellent choice!

With their bellies full, the satisfied family was all smiles as they headed home for the day! How precious!!

It looks like Michael Girgenti was NOT messing around when he said he would pursue legal action against Kourtney Kardashian!

The male model is still looking to prove that he is the actual father of little Mason after he and the reality starlet allegedly had a fling back in 2009 while she and Scott Disick were on a break!

Earlier this month, Michael threatened to sue Kourtney if she didn't agree to a paternity test, and now it looks like he's going through with it as he has consulted Debra Opri, the same attorney who helped Larry Birkhead prove he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn!
