The doc in question, Dr. Gary Eldridge, has been touting the "Kardashian facelift" on his site for months now. The doc also went as far to put in an application to trademark the term.
Here's the problem — Kris Jennerand her gang say they have ownership of all branding related to cosmetics and anything similar. The momager is convinced that Eldridge is trying to capitalize on the clan's fame which is a big NO NO.
As for Gary's defense, he claims he simply named the facelift after his dog Kardashian.
Either way, the surgeon has wiped the "Kardashian facelift" from his website in addition to withdrawing his trademark app. Let's just say Eldridge has learned his lesson.
Anyway, the 31-year-old addressed all the hype around her Instagram quotes on her website Thursday saying:
"One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that the quotes I post on Instagram are deep insights into my problems. I don't only post quotes when I'm going through something. Quotes are allowed to move you and make you feel a certain way—it doesn't mean that you even have to have experienced what the quote is referencing."
Koko went on to say that she selects messages for her page that had the biggest impact on her.
