This little girl seems VERY happy these days!
And it isn't just because she's receiving millions of dollars in inheritance!
The single father explained on the show how his daughter has been coping with life without a mother, and gave us a peek of how their life is.
Here's what he said:
It looks like Michael Girgenti was NOT messing around when he said he would pursue legal action against Kourtney Kardashian!
The male model is still looking to prove that he is the actual father of little Mason after he and the reality starlet allegedly had a fling back in 2009 while she and Scott Disick were on a break!
Earlier this month, Michael threatened to sue Kourtney if she didn't agree to a paternity test, and now it looks like he's going through with it as he has consulted Debra Opri, the same attorney who helped Larry Birkhead prove he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn!
If there's one thing you need to know about horse races, it's that they are the perfect chance to wear big hats and fabulously over-the-top outfits!
Well little Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead took that to heart as they wore Mary Poppins themed outfits to the Kentucky Derby this weekend!
Chim Chim Cher-ee, indeed!
The late Anna Nicole Smith's daughter and her pops were cuter than ever dressed as Mary Poppins and Bert and looked supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as they made their grand entrance!
Well, we certainly thought the ads were cute and very tastefully done, but apparently not everyone agreed with us!
But he’s not backing down!
The proud papa stands by his decision to allow his daughter to participate in the campaign, and according to him, Dannielynn wanted to do it as a tribute to her mom!
Check out the video (above) to hear Larry’s take on the controversy!
Larry explains his decision, saying:
"It's like, do I want to hold on to one of Anna's dresses, or do I want to try to help Dannielynn's future? Dannielynn has different needs than other kids. She has to have security because we have a lot of curious people and it creates a bit of a problem. And now that she's starting school, she'll need to go to a private school."
Some of the items up for grabs include many of Anna's dresses, furniture, Marilyn Monroe memorabilia, as well as her own paintings.
"I have come to the realization that you don't have to have something in your hands for it to be a memory. I think Anna would appreciate that these items are going to help Dannielynn thrive and flourish and continue being the great kid that she is."
He makes a very good point. And it's great to see that he's looking out for their daughter.
Larry has made some exceptions with where certain proceeds will go.
Money collected from a dress Anna wore in a PETA ad will go to the animal rights group. He also plans to set aside a certain amount of the proceeds that will be donated to Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith Foundation.
If you're wanting to take part in the auction, it'll all be going down on June 26th at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

Louisville native, Larry Birkhead, also attended the Kentucky Derby festivities this weekend.
On Friday night, he headed to the Barnstable Brown Gala wearing a striped suit and giving the "thumps up" to the paparazzi.
But on Saturday, Larry decided to take little Dannielynn along with him to the Derby event.
And the 3-year-old looked adorable as ever in her little, pink dress!
Gayface Birkhead also took his daughter to visit the Kentucky Derby Museum fashion exhibit featuring a pink, sequined V-neck dress which Anna Nicole Smith wore to the 2004 Derby.
The dress, is one of two which Birkhead has loaned to the museum.
There may have been some debate over who her father was, but there is no question who her mother is - Danielynn is the spitting image of Anna Nicole Smith!
Very cute - and very big! Somewhere in the last three years she just shot up!
The little lady enjoyed an afternoon with her dad, Larry Birkhead, as they went pumpkin picking in Beverly Hills.
Thankfully, she seems happy, healthy, and bright! We think Anna would have been proud!
