Here we go again!

Just hours after being arrested for reckless endangerment which occurred after the starlet allegedly chucked a bong out her window, Amanda Bynes is pleading her case to the court of public opinion!

Surprising absolutely no one, she sent out an unfocused tweet just minutes ago saying she never drinks or abuses drugs and that she definitely doesn't own a bong!!

She swore:

Giovanni Arnold will NOT be silenced!!

The gentleman Amanda Bynes so rudely referred to on Twitter as an "ugly black man" just fired back at the recently jailed starlet!!

It was his controversial photographs in InTouch that set the gossip world ablaze, so you'd better believe he's sticking to his story!!

For a man who was so undeservingly dissed in front of millions, Giovanni is certainly taking Amanda's criticism in stride! Maybe he's excited because Mrs. Bynes actually said he was cute in person.

She allegedly even let him lay in her bed and "[pull] on her butt."

It’s just one thing after another for this troubled actress, and it doesn’t look like the media frenzy following her bong-related arrest is going away anytime soon.

Upon fleeing from the press at Manhattan Criminal Court, Amanda Bynes apparently hopped into a NYC cab with $20 from her lawyer and headed directly for her apartment on West 47th and 8th Ave.

Though, it turns out $20 just wasn’t enough to get her home! Her cab driver, Mir A. Hossain from Jamaica, Queens, alleged that the troubled star’s fare was $27. As the two pulled up to her building, surrounded by a swarm of reporters, Amanda reportedly had some trouble getting out. He revealed:

Amanda Bynes has had one helluva 24 hours!

She's been arrested, taken to a psychiatric hospital, spent the night in jail and made a sad appearance in court this AM.

Apparently Tim filed some legal docs asking the judge to put a HOLD on his divorce case! Why? Because he's too busy playing basketball to properly give his attention! He wants the judge to wait until the San Antonio Spurs clinch the NBA championship!

The docs say the following about his job:
