Over the weekend, Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Weinstein was accused of groping a model in NYC.

According to the reported victim, Harvey asked the model if her breasts were real in the middle of a business meeting, before he proceeded to grope her cleavage and thighs.

As for Weinstein, his rep vehemently denies the incident occurred, saying:

"We believe this is a blackmail attempt, and he did nothing wrong."

Hmm, very curious.

While police have questioned the 63-year-old about the alleged assault, no charges have been filed at this time.

Robin Williams' Estate Dispute Between Widow And Children Finally Heads To Court

So sad that this family has to go through even more drama!

As we reported, Robin Williams' widow Susan Schneider filed a lawsuit in December against the late comedian's children — Zachary, Zelda, and Cody — regarding the ownership of several items in his estate.

Well it turns out this dispute will finally be presented in front of a judge.

On Monday, attorneys from both parties will meet at a San Francisco courthouse to begin the legal process.

As we wrote last November, the Ms. Doubtfire actor left his entire fortune to his wife and three children.

However, almost immediately, the two sides couldn't agree on which properties belonged to who.

Schneider argues that all the items contained in the couples Tiburon home are hers. In addition, she claims his children took belongings which they were not entitled to.

Williams' kin vehemently disagree and believe they were granted his memorabilia and industry awards according to his trust, IN ADDITION to certain articles in the Tiburon estate.

To make matters more complicated, both camps cannot come to an agreement about the Jumanji star's watch collection, and about which entities should go in storage.

We just hope the family can settle their differences for the sake of Robin's memory.

Apple CEO Tim Cook Stands Up For The Rights Of Everyone In The Face Of Horrible Discriminatory Legislation — Read His Powerful Words HERE

There are some seriously awful pieces of legislation that are being proposed all over the country these days.

Recently, in Arkansas, employees now can refuse service to a person on religious grounds, and no other reason. In Texas, legislation was proposed that would strip employees of their salaries and benefits simply for issuing same-sex marriage licenses, no matter what the Supreme Court has to say.

Well, Apple CEO Tim Cook was raised in the south during the civil rights era, and he's making sure his voice is heard. The exec penned a column in the Washington Post where he made it clear that Apple will accept anyone and everyone because nondiscrimination is why people came to America in the first place.

Cook started by acknowledging, "There's something very dangerous happening in states across the country."

We could paraphrase what he said, but the way that Tim laid it all out, literally in black and white, is so powerful that you should read it for yourself:

Justin Bieber Sued For Allegedly Slapping A Canadian Limo Driver Upside The Head!

UPDATE 10:55PM EST:

Bieber's lawyer, Brian Greenspan, called the lawsuit against his client "totally without merit." In an emailed statement he said: "During the course of the incident, while speaking with the 911 operator, the limousine driver had, in fact, identified his alleged assailant, who was still present, as black. After a careful assessment of the evidence, the Crown attorney withdrew the charge."

————————————————————–

This stems from his bad boy days!

Justin Bieber is being sued these days for a December 2013 incident that happened in Toronto, Canada, and the person suing is alleging that Bieber smacked him on the head SEVERAL TIMES for the most ridiculous reason!

The reason for the slap attack was because Bieber was requesting the limo radio's volume be turned up, and the driver was refusing the volume increase for whatever reason, and that's what provoked Bieber to do what he allegedly did!

Crazy!!!

Bieber was originally criminally charged in the incident that happened when he and his friends were riding in the back of the limo, but prosecutors did not continue with case when they became convinced they would not get a conviction against Justin Bieber.

Which is why the limo driver Abdul Mohar is now suing Bieber for $850K for the six slaps that Justin Bieber gave him on his head - which by the way, if that's true, that's so uncool on Bieber's part!

We know he's a changed man these days, but sometimes the past comes back to haunt us, and this seems like one of those times for the Canadian crooner.

Hopefully Bieber takes responsibility for his past actions if the allegations are true. That would be doing the right thing!!

Amanda Knox is a free woman.

On Friday, the Italian Supreme Court overturned her murder conviction for the 2007 slaying of their roommate, Meredith Kercher.

The conviction of Amanda' ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito — who was also found guilty of the crime — was also overturned.

Prosecutors argued that Amanda has orchestrated the murder, having Raffaele and a drifter named Rudy Guede hold down her roommate before slashing her throat.

The lurid crime fascinated Italy, the country where it occurred, as well as the roommates' native U.S. and Britain.

Naturally, Lifetime even made a TV movie out of the case and trial, with Hayden Panetierre starring as Amanda.

In a just-released statement, Amanda said she feels "relieved and grateful."

She added:

"The knowledge of my innocence has given me strength in the darkest times of this ordeal."

Taraji P. Henson claims son was racially profiled

Last month, Empire star Taraji P. Henson spoke with Uptown magazine about an incident where her son was racially profiled when he was stopped by police on his way home from USC.

The actress said that her son followed police orders after he was pulled over by an officer — even though they allegedly searched his car illegally.

Now, a 40-minute video obtained by the Los Angeles Times shows the police report footage from the actual incident in Glendale, CA.

The footage from Oct. 18 shows an officer pulling over Marcell Johnson (Henson's son) after he drove through a lighted crosswalk as a pedestrian crosses.

When the officer asked whether he had anything illegal in his car, Johnson responded that he had marijuana in his backpack — for which he had a state-issued medical marijuana license.
