Shia LaBeouf recently opened up about the tumultuous series of events that got him fired from a Broadway play and also eventually got him locked up in jail!

The actor revealed it all in an interview with Interview magazine's November issue! And he claims he was only role playing with Alec Baldwin which eventually led to him being canned from the play Orphans.

We have a feeling that he would have picked something different to eat if he knew he was about to get caught!

Timothy Black was wanted for shoplifting, stealing a car, as well as aggravated domestic assault, and decided to hide out in a closet until he was caught!

McMinn County Sheriff Joe Guy got a tip that Black was hiding in a house, which had "Welcome To This House" painted in the front, so he got permission, looked inside, and found the man chowing down on a salad.

James Franco could be in some legal trouble

Since when is hurting people and breaking their stuff fun?

James Franco went to go see Lana Del Rey's concert on Friday night at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and he was down for some tricks, but no treats.

The actor reportedly knocked down a paparazzo as he was leaving, and he was smiling while it happened!

But the photog has since filed a report with the LAPD, stating that

Joan Rivers' Cause Of Death May Always Remain Hazy Because No Autopsy Was Ever Performed On Her Body!

We have an idea of what went wrong, but we may never know the full story!

Joan Rivers tragically passed away this past September 4th, and although autopsies are usually performed to determine the exact cause of death - a decision was made NOT to have one performed on Joan's body!

A person from the NYC Medical Examiner says that happened because Joan's daughter Melissa Rivers was deep in mourning that she decided not to have one done.

And New York law says that wish will be honored for families as long as there's no "evidence of criminality" involved in the person's death.

The cause of death has since been ruled

Maybe he was up late looking for vampires!

Nicholas Brendon, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Criminal Minds, was arrested in Idaho on Friday night, where he was in town for a Comic Con event.

Around 10pm, the actor was arrested for "malicious injury to a property." The problem is that no one really knows what that means!

And by looking at his mugshot, it seems like Brendon was probably in some kind of a fight too!

Brendon was charged with misdemeanor counts for resisting officers and obstructing officers.

Details are sparse right now, but we'll keep you updated!

​Stephen Collins Isn't Being Prosecuted Even After He Admitted To Molesting & Exposing Himself To Minors

This is a twist we didn't expect!

7th Heaven's Stephen Collins admitted to molesting and/or exposing his bits to three underage girls, but he won't have to deal with the legal consequences.

Law enforcement sources revealed that the actor won't be prosecuted because all three of the cases are from decades ago! They even looked into one that was closed two years ago, but it was still too old, because of the statute of limitations.

However, in the New York case, the statute may not have run out, since the victim reported it in 2012. The catch is that
