New Yorkers are PISSED that all the commercial events at the Lincoln Center, specifically the seemingly endless fashion weeks, are keeping them from playing frisbee and using their dogs to meet good-looking strangers at the Center's Damrosch Park!

In fact, residents and environmental activists are so STARK RAVING MAD that they've filed suit against the city and Lincoln Center for "limiting public access to Damrosch Park" and holding commercial events, including fashion week and the Big Apple Circus, for 10 months out of the year.

The plaintiffs also argue that the $32 million generated by the Lincoln Center from all of the events is NOT going back into the city like it's supposed to, but instead benefiting the Center itself.

In a statement, NYC Park Advocates, a nonprofit watchdog group, said:

Well, you can pretty much count out any running for political office now!

Jose Canseco is currently under investigation for sexual assault! The report was filed in Las Vegas, and Jose says it's a bunch of bullshizz!

Of course he's gonna say that, though — would anyone who sexually assaulted some other person be all about saying they did it??

The report says the incident went down on May 10, so Jose decided to plead his case in the best arena he could… Twitter:

After being convicted of first-degree murder, Jodi is facing the death penalty, which was initially a sentence she wanted.

But now, Jodi has completely changed her mind and is requesting to keep her life, which she spoke about in a new interview with the Today Show after the media ban was lifted on the case.

The woman who brutally murdered Travis Alexander is claiming the death penalty wouldn't be a fair sentence for her case.

Instead, she wants to take this chance to give back while doing time for her crime.

She's got this freaked out feeling because many of his tweets have been song lyrics referencing guns. But what makes all this even more horrible is he's already twice shown up at her home and tried to gain entry!

In her documents, asking for some peace of mind, Ashley pleaded:

On Tuesday, the New Jersey Assembly passed a bill that will let prosecutors treat any organizers of dog fighting as legitimate mobsters, as well as some tough, new laws for anyone who's caught abusing animals.
