On Friday night, Shia LaBeouf was handcuffed and arrested by local police in Austin, Texas.
According to sources, the Transformers actor appeared intoxicated when he jaywalked in front of authorities. While law enforcement warned him not to, the 29-year-old proceeded.
The former child star was in town for the Austin City Limits music festival.
In the past few years, the Los Angeles-native has exhibited a variety of erratic behaviors. Last year, he was even kicked out of a play for acting bizarre.
We just hope this experience teaches Shia to act more responsibly!

City Council Candidate Charged With Kicking A Dog To Death Claims 'There's Two Sides To Every Story'!
Earlier this week, a New Hampshire man made headlines after police accused him of causing the death of a small dog by kicking it!
City Council candidate Toby Tousley was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly kicking a Pekingese Chihuahua mix because it went to the bathroom on his lawn!
According to reports, the 55-year-old was making repairs to a rental building he owned on Saturday when the 17-year-old canine started squatting on the property.
Tousley tried to scare the dog off, but when that didn't work he allegedly gave the dog a kick — and the animal died shortly after!
After receiving "hundreds" of threatening calls and emails since the incident, the City Council candidate is claiming that the police released inaccurate information to the media! He said:
Celebrity chef Matthew Tivy was arrested on Thursday for child porn and other charges. According to federal investigators, the 54-year-old was brought into custody for alleged sexual exploitation and enticement of a minor, as well as receipt and distribution of child pornography.
That's just so horrible.
In a statement made by the FBI, the owner of NYC restaurant Cafe du Soleil began to have online conversations — that he instigated — with a teenage boy believed to be around 14- or 15-years old.
Officials say the Food Network alum "enticed" the teen to "engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct and then distributed these visual depictions to others online."
However, Matthew's attorney, Glenn Hardy, is adamant that his client is innocent, telling AM New York:
"He basically said the two most important words: not guilty. And now it's up to the U.S. Attorney to prove their case."
Glenn also explained that the married chef has begun therapy, and "certainly understood the gravity of the situation."
But Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara issued a statement claiming that Matthew isn't innocent, after all, and knew exactly what he was doing. He said:

15-Year-Old Boy Arrested For Threatening To 'Kill All The Girls' At His High School For Not Sending Him Nude Pictures! Read The Disturbing Texts!
Police in Idaho have arrested a teenage boy for allegedly sending threatening messages claiming he would "kill all the girls" at his high school.
Highland High School was under lockdown on Wednesday after officials were shown posts on social media which featured disturbing text messages between two students.
According to reports, the suspect threatened to shoot up his school on Friday — claiming he would bring guns and murder his female classmates.
Police arrested the 15-year-old student on Wednesday, after they were able to trace back the threats to his phone.
According to the messages, these violent threats came about because the "girls" refused to send the suspect nude photos:
Bill Cosby's On-Screen Son Malcolm-Jamal Warner Says Sexual Assault Allegations 'Tarnished' The Series' Legacy
The 45-year-old actor, who played Cosby's on-screen son Theo Huxtable during the long-running sitcom, told the Associated Press that he worries about the future of the show:
"My biggest concern is when it comes to images of people of color on television and film, no matter what … negative stereotypes of people of color, we've always had The Cosby Show to hold up against that. And the fact that we no longer have that, that's the thing that saddens me the most because in a few generations the Huxtables will have been just a fairy tale."
As someone who worked so closely with the two-time Golden Globe winner, we can imagine this being very difficult.
While Malcolm admits to have been in contact with the 78-year-old comedian about the scandal, he would not reveal what the two talked about:
"I think the things that we discussed really have to stay private between us. But it's just a bad situation all around — for him, for his family, the women, their families, the legacy of the show."
He's right — this is just a terrible situation and we hope justice is found for the over 50 women who have come forward.
