He was arrested, and last week, tried to kill himself. While in his cell, War Machine wrote a suicide note, much of which was directed to Christy.

And this is why we have judges, to make the hard decisions.
Olympian Oscar Pistorius has been on trial all week after being convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend last Valentine's Day.
Judge Thokozile Masipa's ruling will be handed down next week, but until then, the sides are definitely at odds.
Prosecutor Gerrie Nel thinks Pistorius should get at least 10 years, saying, "The minimum term that society will be happy with."

A man in Canada claims that after drinking his entire cup of McDonald's coffee on Monday morning, he found a dead mouse laying at the bottom.
Ron Morais of New Brunswick bought his cup of joe and brought it into his office where he downed the entire thing.
It wasn't until he took the lid off to sip the last drops that he noticed the long-dead rodent resting in a small pool of brown, caffeinated water and mouse poop.
Residents of Roy, Washington, are not lovin' it at the moment.
That's because George Jacobson went on a week-long crime spree in the town after tripping hard on some acid.
It all started on Sept. 26th, when the 23-year-old broke into a man's barn holding nothing but one black, rubber boot.
He then broke into a neighbor's home, asked for water and claimed that his lone boot contained jewels.
This season of Dance Moms has definitely been an emotional roller coaster.
But perhaps the most dramatic thing about the show this year happened off camera.
After dis-inviting show-regular Kelly Hyland and her daughters Paige and Brooke early on in season four, Abby Lee Miller is now being sued by 13-year-old Paige for emotional and physical battery.
While Abby does have a history of being a little too harsh with her girls, we really doubt that she's ever been physically violent towards them. Especially since the mothers choose for their daughters to take classes with the notorious choreographer and even sit in a sky box above the studio to see what goes on.
