Lil' Wayne has found himself in the middle of a lawsuit!

The rapper turned diva was set to perform at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY in October, but cancelled due to the sound system at the venue not being up to his "standards."

Lil' Diva screwed up again by being a no-show to make-up show #1 and cancelled make-up show #2!

The Promoter for the concert, Ed Strickland, is now suing the rapper for $1.3 million dollars!!!

Strickland sent Lil' Diva's management company a $100,000 advance before the October cancellation. "This is a business. I have a commitment to my investors, the public. A lot of money — TV, radio, print — went to make this thing happen," explains the promoter.

We think Lil' Wayne deserves to pony up the $$$$ and still perform the promised make-up show for the Rochester audience!!!

Third time's NOT the charm for Lil' Wayne fans in upstate New York.

For a THIRD TIME, Lil' Wayne has cancelled his Rochester, NY, show.

He was supposed to take the stage today, Wednesday.

Back in October, he said he didn't want to do the gig at Rochester's Blue Cross arena because of an 'inferior' sound system.

Then he just didn't show up for the re-scheduled December show.

The Michael Phelps favorite did not release a statement to explain why the hellz he's not showing up this time.

Must be the drugs!!!!

Lil' Wayne is a BIG DOUCHE!

All he cares about is being a mi-mi-millionaire, and he's already forgotten and disrespected (repeatedly) the people that have made him rich and famous.

According to a slew of emails from our Perezcious readers, Lil' Wang stood up 20,000 fans Monday night in Boston at the TD Banknorth Garden. The Biggest Diva Alive was one of the headliners for the Monster Jam concert hosted by radio station Jam'n 94.5, along with Jay-Z and Ne-Yo.

The stage crew built his set and his DJ even came out to spin. But, after about an hour of anticipation, the set was broken down and just like Sunday night's disaster in Rochester, Lil' Wayne was a no-show.

Jay-Z saved the evening by extending his own set like the pro he is, with the aid of DJ A.M.. Fans were understandably pissed, as many of them had come exclusively for Wheezy, but a lot of the folks who wrote into us said they were blown away by Jay-Z's performance.

The rumor is that Lil' Wayne - who recently became a Lil' Dad - refused to comply to standard procedure and pass through a metal detector. So either he was packing or he simply turned his "pretty boy" nose up - totally disrespectful to the fans who have made him what he is.

However, this isn't the first time Doucheezy has had problems with guns, bitches, and bling. The Dirty South rapper has become a lil' delusional, dragging the dramz around. If he's not careful, he's gonna end up the Poorest Rapper Alive.

Hey, how about next time you check your Louis Vuitton at the door, huh?

Self-proclaimed greatest rapper alive, Lil' Wayne, became audience-proclaimed most bullshit rapper alive when he stood up 8,000 fans Sunday night at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY.

After finding the sound system not up to his standards, Lil' Wayne excused himself from the show, along with co-headliner Piles. Fans were promised a refund, but what was supposed to be one of the biggest weekends in hip-hop ended up just leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

What a Lil' Diva!

Fellow Dirty South rapper Ludacris came to the show's rescue as best he could, anchoring a fair amount of the audience to the venue despite the "bad sound system." His set was reportedly smooth and professional, proving that somone who isn't the world's greatest can overcome subpar equipment.

(In case you were wondering, Eminem is supposedly the world's greatest rapper alive.)

Well, at the very least, fans were treated to a free really excellent Ludacris concert? That's not a bad consolation prize, right?

Break out the cigars - Lil' Wayne is the proud new father of a bouncing baby boy.

Dwayne Carter III was born today, Wednesday, at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.

His rep has confirmed the birth, but the mother's identity remains unreleased.

Lil' Wayne announced his babymama's pregnancy on Sunday at the BET Hip-Hop Awards when he accepted an aware for Lyricist of the Year.

"I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him," he said. "Pray for me."

Now that the baby is safely in the world, we're going to pray for some grammar lessons.

He also won MVP of the Year, which he dedicated to his daughter.

Multiple congratulations are in order!
