Back in October, Linda Hogan was arrested for DUI, and after a few months passed — she finally went to court and pleaded not guilty!!

When Hulk Hogan's ex-wifey was arrested, she claimed to have only downed one glass of champagne, which put her blood alcohol level over the California limit, but according to Linda's rep… she had taken antibiotics, which made her BAL seem wacky.

Miz Hogan is looking at facing up to 18 months in the slammer for two counts of DUI if the court finds out that she's lying, but we doubt her next home is gonna be a jail cell.

After all, she's too pretty to be locked up. LOLz

Linda is set to return to court for a hearing on March 21.

Linda Hogan resisted the urge to comment on Hulk Hogan's sex tape when it was leaked earlier this month, but gave into temptation on Monday while appearing on Access Hollywood Live.

When asked about the video depicting her ex-husband boning Bubba the Love Sponge's wife, Heather Clem, Linda called it "an embarrassment" for her family and explained:

“It really is quite an embarrassment for our family. I’m a little devastated, but I’m not really shocked. I knew that he was having affairs and I knew that he was cheating.”

So it WAS an infidelity! AHA!

Even though

Hulk Hogan spoke out about his sex tape scandal for the first time this morning when he told Howard Stern that he had banged his best friend's wife six years ago.

In the process of talking about one controversy, he may have started another because he mentions receiving "verbal" and "mental abuse" from Linda Hogan.

While discussing his motivations for succumbing to temptation and taking Bubba The Love Sponge's wife for a ride, he implied that his ex-wife would berate him with comments like:

"This thing's over, you're too old, you're too slow, I'm movin' on."

Well, Linda heard the radio interview and she's PISSED! In response, she has called

It's not exactly news to us (or anybody at this point), but Hulk Hogan has CONFIRMED that the woman starring alongside his thong tan line in the leaked sex tape is, in fact, Bubba the Love Sponge's ex-wife, Heather D. Cole (formerly Heather Clem).

The embarrassed wrestler talked to Howard Stern on Tuesday morning about his predicament and revealed that Bubba had been offering Heather to him for years. In fact, he had been offering her to Howard too!

Hulk says he never took the offer seriously until his marriage fell apart, BUT he also lets it slip that the sex tape footage leaked this month is actually six years old!

Linda didn't file for divorce until the end of 2007. That means there is a chance that this hanky panky went on BEFORE Hulk knew his marriage was officially over.
