Can an acting coach save Kim Kardashian?

The socialite has hired famed acting coach Susan Batson to help her in Tyler Perry's upcoming flick, The Marriage Counselor. The hire was made in hopes that K-Dash won't bomb during the film due to her recent troubles.

We were scratching our heads all night trying to figure out who left a trail of feathers on the red carpet. And now the mystery is solved!

The plucking perp was Liv Tyler and her Givenchy Haute Couture gown.

We love how Liv really embraced the event for what it was and decided to go with something like this.

It's unexpected, not to mention the gown is gorge!

We never knew Liv Tyler was so prim and proper!

The actress is helping her grandmother, Dorothea Johnson, write a book an etiquette book called Modern Manners.

Dorothea is the founder of the Protocol School of Washington and the first expert that realized the need for professionally trained etiquette and protocol instructors.

Inneresting!

The book is being described as a "lively and approachable guide" to show that good manners help us communicate more effectively in today's digital world and should be available in 2012.

Back in August, we announced some exciting details on the plot of X-Men: First Class!

Now, it looks like the X-Men MAY have their villain!

Here's a hint at the bad guy from a plot summary for the film:

"Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not arch-enemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men."

Armageddon could def be the villain, as there have been two characters in the Marvel Universe that have gone by that name. They are…

- An artificially-created offspring of Apocalypse

- Ruler of alien "Troyjan empire"/antagonist for The Hulk

The name Armageddon could, of course, also refer to the Bruce Willis/Ben Affleck movie an event that could potentially end the world…if the X-Men don't stop it.

Hopefully we'll learn more soon. We're just excited to hear updates! We're pumped for this one!

Next time you get your hair cut, make sure your stylist isn't a thief who will take you for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

That’s what happened to Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, Anne Hathaway, and Scott Speedman after they got their haircut by conwoman Maria Gariella Perez, owner of an upscale salon called Chez Gabriela Studio in Beverly Hills.

According to court documents, Perez is accused of stealing credit card information from her clients and “fraudulently [charging] approximately $280,000 worth of charges in a one year period.” Perez reportedly stole $214,000 from Liv Tyler alone!

Poor Livy!

Perez was arrested for federal charges and will appear in court today.
