According to our sources, Lauren Conrad decided to go out last night with bestie Lo Bosworth for a long overdue girls night out!

The blonde bombshell reality stars hit up LA hotspot The Beverly! Nice!

Newly single, the designer/writer danced and sipped the night away with Miss Lo while catching the eyes of many male admirers all throughout the night.

Other celebrities seen in VIP included the oozing sexpot Robin Thicke, HBO's How To Make It In America star Bryan Greenberg, Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalf, among others.

As pictured above, she exits the nightclub with no love for the cameras (probs tired from all that fun).

We're happy for Lauren, but next time we'd love to see just how jubilant she is.

Smile for us, LC! We want to see you glow, gurl! We're sure the fellas do too!

Now that's an inneresting choice!

Lo Bosworth is choosing to set her celebrity status aside and venture into the background and business side of this by becoming a Manager of Client Services and Project Development for Octagon Entertainment.

She'll be doing a multitude of things, most specifically having an active role in project development, client servicing and recruitment.

Here's what she has to say about the new opportunity:

"After working as talent for over seven years, I'm thrilled to be given the opportunity to pursue a professional career on the business side where my true passion and interest in entertainment are focused. I'm confident that by taking me on as one of their own, the management team at Octagon has created not only a new way of thinking, but also a unique synergy in the manager-client relationship that no other team can match."

Lo is a graduate from UCLA, and of course has the industry experiment from Laguna Beach and the Hills, so it sounds like she'll be a perfect fit to us!

Millionaire entrepreneur Jason Hope hired Ludacris to perform a 45-minute set at his Christmas party in exchange for a contract worth nearly $100,000.

Hope was able to snag many other celebs to make appearances for more modest fees, including:

- Stephanie Pratt ($12,500)
- Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul ($16,000)
- Bruce Jenner ($15,000)

Must be awkward for Dean Cain, who got paid the least by far. Then again, he did a whole lot better than guests who arrived JUST because they're friends with Jason Hope.

Another couple bites the dust!

Former Hills star Lo Bosworth has split from her boyfriend of two years, Scott Hochstadt.

Her rep released a statement saying, "Lo and Scott are no longer together, but remain good friends."

Scott was reportedly shopping for an engagement ring before the split, but a friend says, "they realized they are in different places in their lives. The timing was just off. The breakup is hard for both of them, but it's the most realistic thing at this point."

Aw, that's too bad! And so close to the holidays too. Bummer.

Oh, for goodness sake, girl, the jig is up!

After The Hills finale finally let all three people who still thought that it was real in on the revelation that everything is, in fact, staged, the show's actress Lo Bosworth decided to try and keep stirring the pot by writing this little piece of art on her blog!

She says:

TWIST! Tuesday night, viewers said in disappointed shock, "OMG was ‘The Hills' really fake all this time?" I mean, that's what you guys have been saying forever, right? Ha ha. Don't worry. It wasn't fake. I have never shot any ‘Hills' scenes on a stage of any kind.

Rest assured, we were simply poking fun in the way that our viewers have done since the show began to air. Our show's undeniable production value sometimes made the validity of it all questionable, but in truth (and this really is the truth), the relationships with those on the show are real.

Lauren, Kristin, and I have known each other since we were all under 5ft tall. No conspiracy there. As for the others-we met them all when moving to L.A. Sure, some relationships were pushed by producers, but once pushed, blossomed into real life friendship (or hatred, take your pick).

So, lovely reader and watcher of ‘The Hills'-it was just a big joke's on you, without it really, truly being one. Just messin' with you guys a little. In the end, we're all in the same boat, right?

Yeah - nice try! This isn't Lost, princess, there's no room for discussion and interpretation on what the ending really meant.

Or maybe she really just is so thick-headed that she didn't realize that being fed dialogue and staged in scenes means 'scripted!'

We think she actually IS that dumb!

Stephanie Pratt says she was just pretending to be a dumbass on The Hills.

She explains:

“We were at Lo’s boyfriend’s Scott’s house filming this lacrosse scene that I don’t think [airs]. There’s all these normal off-camera friends that are there. They’re sitting right next to us while we’re filming a scene. I’m asking them all these really stupid questions about lacrosse. ‘Is it like football?’ I see this girl looking at this guy to say, ‘Are you listening to this girl?’ I looked over like, ‘I’m just pretending to be dumb. I know all about lacrosse.’ We just started laughing. I think it’s been really fun to play dumb.

“I’m the first one to make a joke and make fun of myself, [like] that Costa Rica episode where I eat a bug. I’m sure there are people across the world who think I’m an idiot, but after two years of it, I just wanted to make it more fun. The last season, I could not get through scenes. We were just laughing hysterically…This season has been so much fun to film.”

Sure, sure!
