Osama Lutfi just won't shut up!

Britney's manager, who's had a restraining order taken out against him by her parents, continues his ugly smear campaign against Jamie & Lynne Spears.

In an interview with Us Weekly, he says:

"Oh boy, her family is crazy!

It's funny because that's what the doctors say when they meet the family. They always come back and say, ‘You know, [her problems] are inherited, right?’

It’s just so sad. It's shared equally from both of her parents.

[Britney doesn't] trust anything that her family says? Not a goddamn thing.

They show up to the house like hillbillies, texting me [earlier this week]. I find out that they’re outside, and they go, ‘You better let me in the gate, you ass.’ So I go, to Britney, ‘Your parents are here, let them come in and yell at you and scream at you. If anything else goes on, I'll throw you in my car and take you out of here.’ She said, ‘OK, fine, baby.’

I let them in. Instead of going to see how Britney is, they come bouncing through the doors. They scream at me, ‘Why the fuckk are you talking to Barbara Walters?’ I swear to God that's all they were saying.

The dad pushed me in the chest and said, ‘Get the fuckk out of here.’

The dad gave up and then the mom tried to talk to her, but Lynne was like, ‘I gotta get my beauty sleep, I gotta get my nails done, I gotta do my hair.’ It was just so sick. We made the mom stay.

Britney, do you see why people think you are crazy? Look at your mother and look at your father."

Osama Lutfi is continuing his misguided war of words against the Spears family.

While Lynne and crew have remained tight-lipped about him, Britney's "manager" won't stop talking trash.

Once again, Osama has gone on the record trash-talking.

He tells People:

"[Britney's family] came into the house with an agenda and are trying to look like the heroes after all the dirty work has been done. Their main worry is being financially cut off."

You're not making yourself look like a saint, buddy!

Lutfi also has spoken to E! News.

He tells them:

"[Britney's family are] incapable of telling the truth and incapable of sympathizing. They're more concerned about money and their own image than Britney's condition. [I have] no more respect for the family."

And we have no more respect for Osama Lutfi!

Britney's parents, Jamie & Lynne Spears are heading to court TODAY to officially and legally take control of their daughter's treatment.

Osama Lutfi's pussy is about to explode!

Jamie and Lynne Spears are divorced but providing a united front in trying to make sure that their beloved daughter gets better.

Brit's parents are said to be concerned about the welfare of their daughter and upset because Osama - her "manager" - is trying to call the shots.

Jamie and Lynne are going to ask the court to establish a conservatorship, which is done for people whose personal health and welfare is gravely at risk.

The conservatorship which would allow both Jamie and Lynne to make medical decisions on behalf of Britney. It would also allow them to control Britney's financial affairs.

However, Jamie and Lynne want an independent co-conservator appointed — someone unrelated to the family — to avoid even an appearance they are interested in spending Britney's money.

Both parents believe Lutfi's influence has placed their daughter and her assets at risk.

Like we've been saying….

Osama Lutfi and Jamie & Lynne Spears are engaged in a bitter, behind the scenes, public relations campaign against each other.

And Britney's parents are winning!

Though Lutfi visited the UCLA Medical Center more than once on Thursday, Us Weekly is reporting that Lutfi "had no contact with Britney."

Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Jamie & Lynne are the ones calling the shots in the hospital and advising the doctors on Spears' treatment.

Lutfi, for his part, is just publicly badmouthing Britney's parents.

Jamie & Lynne are winning this war!

It's going to be A LITTLE BIT awkward next time Lynne Spears and Osama Lutfi are in the same place at the same time.

We told you earlier how Britney's manager has declared war on both her parents.

Osama thinks he's getting a bum rap and he's gonna start defending himself - while lashing out at them - in a big way.

Well, he's wasted NO time getting to it!

Lutfi has just gone on the record with Access Hollywood and told them:

"Her mother is not someone who cares about her daughter, she's only concerned with herself. Sad but true. She was too busy getting a manicure to come over yesterday, despite her daughters (sic) pleas. Sad, very sad."

Too bad Sam's only concerned about himself.

Lashing out at Lynne Spears is not gonna help Britney in any way!

A source close to Osama Lutfi insists to PerezHilton.com that - contrary to other reports - he is still in contact with Britney's lawyers. And, that he's also in contact with her doctors.

The former pop star's "manager" has had it with both of the Spears parents, Jamie and Lynne.

"He's fed up with everyone thinking he's the bad guy," a source tells us. "He's gonna start defending himself publicly."

Our source then went on for ten minutes about how awful Britney's parents are.

A smear campaign is not the best approach, Osama.

Poor Brit. She's fucked no matter who's calling the shots!

Sources reveal to PerezHilton.com that….

"In Britney's mind, she's convinced her mother, Lynne, at one point had a sexual relationship with Kevin Federline."

That (amongst other things) has been the cause of much of the strain between Lynne Spears and her daughter.

Obviously, Britney hasn't been thinking rationally for a VERY long time!

Lynne Spears does have a close relationship with Federline, for the sake of her grandchildren. He was her only conduit to them for a while.

But she would never fuck him. And he would never screw her.

A source close to Britney Spears has an interesting take on the events of Wednesday night.

They tell PerezHilton.com:

"her mom [Lynne] was too busy to come to her aid cause she was getting a manicure.

when her mom got to the house she was screaming, 'sam's trying to get you commited, get in my car lets go to malibu.'

does that sound like a mother that truly cares?

even adnan was there yesterday and he even thought if anyone should be commited it should have been her mom.
