Recently, her trainer of 3 years, Nicole Winhoffer revealed the secrets of the regimen that got her into such bootylicious shape, but how did she get her in the calorie-burning mood day after day? Apparently she has a really good workout mix!

If you've been wondering how Madonna's ass got so fantasstic in that short short outfit at the Met Gala, you're not the only one! LOLz!
Well there are two ways we can handle this: we can find out the specific steps, or we can just trust in Madonna and accept that booty!
While we'd love to just accept it, we're TOO curious as to how it came into existence! As it turns out, her trainer of three and a half years, Nicole Winhoffer, says they focused on it directly to:
"make sure the muscles stayed contracted, lifted, and plump.”

During an interview while promoting Iron Man 3, Gwyneth Paltrow agreed to play a game where she'd admit if she'd ever do things on a silly list.
On that list was calling up Madonna and bragging that her abs were better than Madge's!!

Seriously, at Madonna's age, she should NOT look so fab!
She does though — and it take a lot of hard work and a specific regimen and plan. Nicole's the one who tailored that plan for her, and now she's opening the lid on what it takes to get not just in shape… but Madonna in shape!!

Last week, we announced that Madonna released a fitness DVD called Addicted To Sweat with her personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer, and because this moment in her life is super exciting, the singer shared how her workout videos came about!
In a recent interview, Miz Winhoffer opened up about when Her Madgesty debuted her first gym in Mexico, and how the gym led to her DVD series, she said:

Madonna has one of the best bodies in the music business which is all the more impressive considering she's 54 years old!
Now we personally think Kelly Osbourne is absolutely gorgeous, but she's been having some self doubt issues lately about her body image.
So whom would be better to help Kelly lose some of her belly than the Queen herself!
