The story picks up when Ted and his new wife Tami-Lynn decide they want to have a baby, but FIRST Ted has to prove he's a person in a court of law in order to qualify to be a parent!

One of the victims of Mark's reported racially charged attack towards a group of African American school children in 1986, Kristyn Atwood, thinks the actor should NOT be pardoned for a hate crime he committed two years later.

When Kristyn was just a young girl in Boston, she was allegedly assaulted by The Gambler star and a few of his friends while on a school field trip. Wahlberg tossed rocks and ugly epithets at the group of kids, an experience which understandably left a negative impression on Atwood.
Kristyn's history with Mark is the reason why she feels he shouldn't receive a pardon for attacking a Vietnamese man in 1988.
Judith Beals is NOT a fan of Mark Wahlberg.
The actor, who was charged with assaulting Thanh Lam back in 1988, recently asked to be pardoned by the state of Massachusetts for his crime.
