Whitney Houston's death will always be sad, but if Whitney could know it, we'd hope it'd bring her peace to know that her death may have saved a life.

Mary J. Blige turned to religion to help her with her drinking problem after Whitney's death.

She said:

Mary J. Blige had an amazing night at the Lakers game!

Don't believe us? She had 37 points, 116 rebounds, and like four home runs. She missed her penalty kicks though. That's basketball, right?

LOLz!

Nah, none of that happened — but she DID go to the game and watch!

To be honest, we're getting frustrated with all these celebs going to the Lakers games though, because not one of them has brought us back a foam finger yet. No matter how many times we remind them, they always forget.

Maybe someday!

Julianne Moore and Mary J. Blige love women and the rights they have — so they've decided to team up and back Planned Parenthood!

The have showed their support by shooting a candid campaign ad urging voters to protect women's health. They want you to re-elect Barack Obama so Mitt Romney doesn't set us back 50 years in terms of rights.

Here's what Julianne had to say about it:

We're not going to comment either way, but it does seem pretty sketchy to us.

Unfortunately, all the backlash that Mary got really crushed her:

There has been a lot of uproar over Mary J. Blige's Burger King commercial.

So everyone has moved into damage control mode and they're going with the story that

Burger King has actually pulled its controversial Mary J. Blige chicken ad.

They are claiming it's because of music licensing issues, not the internet backlash or the racist undertones.

A spokesperson for BK said the commercial should be back on the air soon once they work out a licensing concern.

They didn't comment if they'd be changing the ad or not.

The spokesperson also commented on how Jay Leno and Salma Hayek were also in ads for the wraps, so it's not just Mary J. and the chicken.

Either way, we'd be surprised if they really did start airing the ads again.
