TOO cute!

Matthew McConaughey's children with Camilla Alves, Levi and Vida, were spotted enjoying some fresh air out and about in Malibu (above), and we cannot believe how big they've gotten!

We didn't realize Levi could already drive! How hardcore! LOLz!

Over the weekend, Camila Alves took time out to play with her adorable little ones Levi and Vida McConaughey. We're not sure where Papa Matthew McConaughey was, but he sure missed out on some fun!

Matthew McConaughey looked all kinds of patriotic yesterday as he set up for his Independence Day party in Malibu.

He even took time out to offer an important mantra with his ass: "Just Keep Living!"

Sounds good to us! We'll keep doing our thing, if you'll keep doing yours!

Good news for two surfers charged of attacking a photographer!

A judge has dropped the charges against surfers Skylar Peak and Philip Hildebrand who were accused of attacking a photographer after they saw him shooting photos of Matthew McConaughey on a Malibu beach.

A spokeswoman for the L.A. Country district attorney's office said that the charges were dismissed after prosecutors decided against starting a third trial. The first trial was postponed after Peak's mother had been seriously injured in a car crash and the second trial resulted in a deadlock jury.

Peak's attorney Harland Braun said the case had been poorly investigated and shouldn't have been filed in the first place. He also claimed that the paparazzi video of the fight that the photographer presented had been manipulated to implicate the surfers.

Now the two dudes can get back to their totally tubular hanging ten routine.

A judge has declared a mistrial once again in the misdemeanor battery case against Skylar Peak and Philip Hildebrand, the two surfers that allegedly attacked a paparazzi when they tried to photograph Matthew McConaughey on a Malibu beach.

The first mistrial was declared on March 29th after it was discovered that Peak’s mother was seriously injured in a car crash.

Both sides will return to court on July 2nd when the prosecution will announce whether to retry the case.

Matthew McConaughey and his little guy, Levi spent some quality time together in NYC yesterday. In support of Mommy Camila Alves's home country Brazil, the boys donned matching soccer jerseys while they visited a fire station.
